By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in migration assistance to the Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.
The "presidential determination" which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4.
President Obama's decision, according to the Register, was necessitated by "the urgent refugee and migration needs" of the "victims."

We will have suicide bombers in crowded areas. People are going to lose their spouses, uncles, aunts, grandparents, sons, daughters...
I don’t dispute that there are programs in the USA to take incoming refugees. What the author of the posted article failed to show is that this money mentioned in the article is going to be used for that reason.

I have read this article and the WND one, the executive order and the statute that you linked to, and I have found the language that you believe enables Obama to resettle Hamas terrorists or their sympathizers in the US. Can you help me out?
If they are eligible due to to the fact that they live in palestinian territory. Relocation within the territory seems out of the question. The surrounding nations want, rightfully, nothing to do with brainwashed jihadists (their school cirriculum). Where are they going to go?
If you scroll near the bottom of the link it gives two Executive Order examples regarding waivers of environmental regulations on US soil for refugees. This is only a portion of the President’s (cant believe I had to strain to capitalize that) authority. That should be kept in mind. I don’t believe the Cubans and Haitians were sent home.

I read this as they are coming FROM Gaza, not going to Gaza - “...related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.” Two groups of people as migrators — Gaza conflict victims and Palastinian refugees.
We need to bombard Fox, Rush, Glen and Hannity with this!!
They're not going anywhere, 2/3 of the population of Gaza are classified as refugees. They're given aid by the US, Euros, UN and even Israel as refugees. The Islamic world largely takes a pass, preferring to supply arms. All that's happening here is the release of funds for humanitarian aid.
I read somewhere that we’re funding transportation and housing, which, if true, indicates that we’re bringing people here. I can’t locate the source, though.

Yes, he liked Zell Miller. He would become a Republican, I think, if he saw more evidence that they are serious about helping the country. Specter’s our senator; both of us have always voted for him because he’s the best of our choices. No more. He just voted to insure that my children and grandchildren and their descendants will have to pay for the consequences of our last, and poorly decided, election. I didn’t think he’d do it. I have dusted him off my shoes as I go forward from here and look for better candidates that actually care about the future and know how the economy works.

We’ve discussed this already. If you go to the official WH site, you’ll see this is a memorandum, not an executive order. Obama signed NO executive order on 1/27. That is the first substantial error in this piece.
The next is the leap that the release of fund for humanitarian reasons is the equivalent of admitting Hamas adherents to the U.S.

These are very trying times and there’s more to come,unfortunately.
That's true, but they're not going anywhere. This is humanitarian assistance, George Mitchell announced it in Jerusalem last week, complete with photo-op at an UNWRA warehouse. The fact that the agency dispensing the funds is the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State is irrelevant. We're supplying food, not moving anyone.
I didn’t se anything about shipping them into the US either. Take a deep breath folks.
I hope you are right. The authority used (Title 22) clearly allows for relocation though. I’m curious as to why that specific rule would be highlighted by the Order to allocate these funds if this is going to remain the status quo.
