We’ve discussed this already. If you go to the official WH site, you’ll see this is a memorandum, not an executive order. Obama signed NO executive order on 1/27. That is the first substantial error in this piece.
The next is the leap that the release of fund for humanitarian reasons is the equivalent of admitting Hamas adherents to the U.S.

You are definitely correct in saying it was a memorandum.
No matter if it is referred to as order or a memorandum, he has approved the funds for the usage of the Palastinians and victims of Gaza. And you can choose to ignore the word “MIGRATE” within the memorandum. Remember, Obama always says - words matter, he put the word in there. Migrate is to leave.
