How do we know he DIDN'T? Nobody's seen those records either. I actually think he was born in Hawaii, or Hillary would have blown the gaff. I'm quite sure she's got a copy of the real BC. Shoot, as far as that goes given the amount of time that has gone by, the number of trips he has made to Hawaii, the island wide total power blackout, the money spent and law firms involved I would be kind of surprised if they went and yanked his “real” BC and found something to be wrong on it.
