I think America history should be separated between pre-Obama and post-Obama like it's done when Civil War long ago.
You are standing the just edge of separating history.
From post-CW to pre-Obama her history has been processed to expanding freedom of America from Black American upto east Asia and Middle-East and peoples in everywhere in the world America has sowed the seeds of freedom at have prospered.
In the "Change" of Pres-elect. Obama there were not heard voices of job creation instead "redistribution of wealth".
Americans elected a man who has opposite value to her own.
Civil War was because of racial conflicts. Further exactly specking, because of restriced freedom, which called slavery.
At the time Americans defended her conviction everybody born free against evil of slavery.
During the time from post Civil War to pre-Obama, not only west Europe and east Europe but also S.Korea and Japan could be done places of not only safe but also wealth and free, and Iraqis are opening and entering door to going same place.
To produce job creation, there must first be gotten freedom, responsibility and small government.
But to produce redistribution of wealth, it definetly be required big government and big power, and big regime power should be restricted freedom of individual.
If Pre-Obama means time of job creation, expansion freedom and getting personal responsibility permanently, post-Obama in America shall be of restriction freedom exchanged for redistribution of wealth, so that they may get their full stomach temporarily.

Well, I think history should be divided into “decaying Islam” and “revived Islam” — because Obama is simply a footnote in that scenario...
Islam is “on the move” in the world, thanks to us giving them all their money and funding all their terrorist activities.
This is going to be a “battle to the end” — with Islam being totally wiped out as a religio-governmental philosophy in the world. They will be *finished* totally, when their end comes...
