If you are Obamatrash your records, associations, and friends are all off limits. AMAZING and hopefully the core of America is so angered by this they are voting in mass to make sure this man and his minions are sent back to hell where they came from.
My guess is that it won't PROVE he was born in Hawaii, which begs the question that perhaps he WAS born in Kenya.
Although the Birth Certificate is important, what about the very real possibility that he lost his US Citizenship later, either when he was adopted, or when he traveled to Pakistan under an Indonesian passport. (By the way, what was he doing in Pakistan??? Attending a muzzie terrorist training camp?)
As "Naturalized Citizen" have or had dual citizenship, like Schwarzenegger, Madam Albright, Jenifer Granholm, we CANNOT run for President!
Nobama HUSSEIN cannot either as being an Indonesian citizen, pure and simple!!

Don’t fret, this issue will be dealt with as the system allows. The best quote I’ve read on this, “the constitution requires proof of citizenship for the president, running for president does not have this requirement”.
Couldn’t the strategy work in reverse against them though? Since it is a Constitutional issue, it would seem the DNC would have some incentive to do at least the patriotic-looking thing right away.
In other words, the RNC and its surrogates should say, “look, we’re sure Obama is an American citizen, and since He loves the Constitution the way we do, of course, and since he may have to take an oath to defend it, he’ll naturally want to dispel any doubt.”
O’s trip to Hawaii recently was probably to: 1) tell Grandma what not to say if anyone managed to talk to her and, 2) get Grandma to sign an affadavit saying that he was born in Hawaii. We won’t see it unless some legal authority tries to force him to produce the birth certificate.

Why do you think the Founding Fathers put this citizenship requirement into the CONSTITUTION? It IS NOT just a piece of paper.

I wonder if it was allowed to go on too long and the presence of a “Mohammed” makes him look as though he’s ashamed of the birth name.
It might just be standard lawyerly delay though too. I just finished watching “Bleak House,” the story of an estate eaten to nothing by lawyers delaying a ruling, so they could bill time.

Since citizens are sovereign they have all the powers not vested by the Constitution to the government. If the Constitution does not explicitly state a government agency has the charge to check Constitutional qualifications of a candidate, then clearly the responsibility falls on the citizens. Since it is the duty of a citizen to protect and defend the Constitution, and the Constitution states that a president must be a natural born citizen, the citizens have a duty to enforce that rule.
The courts are clearly wrong on this one.
That means nothing concerning how the joint’s being run.
1. The U.S. Constitution is a CONTRACT between The People, The States, and The United States, the federal government, that defines and limits the role of the federal government, and the rights of the States and The People, and, among other things, defines and limits the qualifications for president, i.e., that the president must be over the age of 35 years, and must be a natural born citizen.
2. Any party to a CONTRACT has standing to enforce it. This is as basic as it gets. Contract Law 101. First week of law school stuff. And it seems that lawyers and judges all over the country have forgotten all about it. Also, the Constitution was intended to benefit all American citizens, We, The People, and in basic contract law the intended beneficiaries of a CONTRACT, i.e., us, also have standing to enforce it.
3. If We, The People, do not have standing to enforce the CONTRACT, the U.S. Constitution, then it is unenforceable, and if it is unenforceable it is just a historic curiosity that means nothing. It’s just an old piece of parchment. But that was not the intent, and to give intent to the CONTRACT it must be enforceable by its parties and beneficiaries.
4. We, The People, have standing under the First Amendment "to petition the government for redress of grievances." If we have a grievance that a non-citizen, illegal alien, is running for president, I think the First Amendment unequivocally gives every American citizen standing to sue the government to redress that grievance and enforce the Constitution.
