A new lawsuit may have traction....as it claims dual status obviates natural-born citizenship.... go here.
Apparently the Governor of Hawaii has sealed Obama's birth certificate records. Why? Why seal the records? What is Obama afraid of?
Atlas reader Rudy emailed both the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii, and they sent him back dates of enrollment. It didn't match the dates Wikipedia had for Stanley Ann Dunham. Bob tried to update Wikipedia and his updates got deleted within minutes. The big question is how was Ann having Barack in Honolulu in Aug 1961 AND enrolled at the U of Washington the same month?

and apparently is either bribable or blackmailable.
Two points:
In liberal California 110,000 absentee ballots have been cast. IF they follow party lines 0bama is ahead by only 1% here.
Not being constitutionally qualified is an absolute deal killer. Regardless of the vote he cannot hold the office.
The worst that could happen is that a different democrat end up in office. Which one depends on the DNC, the Electoral College, and/or the Constitution, depending on the timing.
Having spent months researching on-line to me that was one of the mother lode finds. I believe Ann stayed in WA and took the extension courses while the infant slept, then actually attended classes during Spring 1962. The excerpt of the book revealed a few things which we hadn’t known before and raised one question in my mind when it was mentioned that Ann was depressed because she couldn’t find a job. The World’s Fair opened in April 1962 and jobs would have been plentiful. Also we know she managed to complete four courses prior to attending classes and then she was only registered for two courses which she completed in Spring 1962. I wondered why there were no photos of an infant and this would explain why. There are plenty of photos of the toddler and none of the infant!
Also I researched the 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy address listed in the birth announcement which was published in both “The Honolulu Advertiser” and “The Star - Bulletin”. The address is not associated with the Davis family (they were living on the leeward side of Kalihi valley close to Pearl Harbor and had been since 1956) the Dunham family lived in “a large house on Kamehameha Ave., then “a modest wooden house on University Ave.” before moving to the 10th floor apartment on Beretania St.” where Madelyn has now lived for 40 years. Obama Sr. lived at the “Atherton Y.M.C.A.” followed by a small, single story home in St. Louis Heights.” I then wondered if the address was for a home of one of Sr’s friends but learned that “Arnie was completing his military requirements” and lived in base housing. I still don’t know whose home address was listed for the birth announcement but believe Grandma Dunham knew of a safe address from her job with the escrow department at Bankoh and used it to register not only the birth but to use for the birth announcement. By the end of 1961 she was actually the manager of the escrow department. (all this information with the exception of Arnie’s address and the Davis address were found in “The Honolulu Advertiser”. Arnie’s address was found in a section on the Obama website while the Davis address was found in an article at U of H) I can provide the links if you want them.
Then he is a bona fide US citizen, as Hawaii was then a US territory.
After all, Barry (There's that name again!) Goldwater was born in the Territory of Arizona...
If that were to happen there would be riots like we have never seen before.
Where are all those people who kept accusing the Bush administration of withholding the truth and speaking of our right to know?
Nope.
If that were the case she would have sealed it BEFORE 0bama came to Hawaii 'to visit his sick gramma', not AFTER (he threatened her) (IMHO, of course, just as a freedom of speech protected speculation, no implication of wrongdoing or disrespect intended)
Blake recalls keeping in touch by mail. "She said she was in love with an African exchange student from Kenya, and in spring wrote to say she was marrying him, (the senior) Barack Obama. ... One day, after 'Barry' was born, she came for an afternoon, (on her way from Hawaii to join her husband at Harvard.)" Blake remembers "the infant. He was sweet and pink and very new." The two talked and cuddled the baby. "And I changed Barack Obama's diapers."
Not quite that simple.
|
Before election |
DNC decides, method not specified |
|
|
RNC fills vacancy, reconvene convention or RNC state representitves vote, simple majority wins |
|
Just before the election |
Congress may pass special legislation to move back election day to give more time for the party to select a new candidate and regroup |
11/4 |
Election |
|
|
After election, but before Electoral College |
No federal law. Electors open to vote for VP, third party, or convention runner up. State laws may affect elector's abilities to select. |
12/15 |
Electoral College |
|
|
After Electoral College, before Congress counts the votes |
Congress counts Electoral College votes and declares winner. Winner's VP gets it |
|
|
Or, Congress throws out votes. If a surviving candidate can be said to have a majority of votes, they get it. |
|
|
Or, Congress throws out votes. 12th Amendment, House of represetitives selects from top three candidates with the most votes. (surviving Democrat or Republican and two third party candidates?) |
|
|
20th Amendment, VP gets it, but only applies after candidate becomes 'Prsident-Elect" That could be after Electoral College. |
1/6 |
Congressional Vote Count |
|
|
After Congressional count but before inauguration |
20th Amendment, VP gets it, but only applies after candidate becomes 'Prsident-Elect" That is certainly after Congressional count. |
1/20 |
Inauguration |
VP gets it |

You sure seem awfully quick to surrender.
Retired FRENCH army, perhaps?
Screw you pal. Null and void yourself. You smell more like the french too me. Wanna compare Armies served in and places served?
You are correct the issue of where the birth took place in US is irrelevant, if indeed he was born in the US. However, the later fact of Obama being adopted by Soetero would have made Obama an Indonesian under their law, and stripped Obama of any previous citizenship. Either way, he is not a natural born US citizen and shouldn’t be President.
I believe the article was making the case for the possibility that Obama’s father was Malcolm X.
HEY! leave me out of this!
Failing that, it would, as you say, be a case of impeachment.
It is really quite silly, when all Obama has to do is produce a legal COLB and end this speculation.
Wonder why he does not?
So you believe that a foreign country can strip a US citizen of their citizenship?
No. In those days the daughter would leave town for a vacation/job/health reasons, etc. and go to a home for unwed mothers to quietly have the kid and put him up for adoption.

Because it will have zero impact on the election. The lines are drawn. Besides, to whom does he have to show it, you?
WOW, there is a LOT of stuff on that site... Ping to thread
IF he actully has an Hawaiian BC, I bet the guy who has gone through tremendous pains to tell everyone at great lenght that he is the first BLACK candidate has neither parent listed as 'colored' or 'negro'.
IOW, he's duped every black or guilt-ridden other who has supported him just because he is black. (Fortunately, almost everyone who supports him does so because of his character, not the alleged color of his skin)...
That's not correct. You can only lose your US citizenship by taking active steps to do so. Simply applying for the citizenship of another country (or having your parents apply for it on your behalf) isn't enough. You have to voluntarily renounce your citizenship in front of a US official. There is no evidence that The One ever renounced his US citizenship, so his status as an Indonesian citizen is irrelevant.
