A new study by scientists has suggested that zombie attacks might increase if the current projections of global warming are realized. If the earth gets warmer, it means longer springs, summers, and falls, and shorter winters, said John Carpenter-Romero, Ph.D., a zombie-ologist who co-authored the study. And shorter winters means more time for the undead to prey on the populace.
Dr. Harrister, the other co-author, and head of Zombie Robotics at Wayward Robot, Inc., explained that cold winters typically stalled the walking dead. It is well known that zombies cant operate in cold weather. It freezes their brains.
The pair calculated a 32.782412% increase in zombie attacks if CO2 increased to twice its pre-industrial rate. Clearly, this is a very troubling result, said Dr. Harrister, If we dont do something soon, the streets will be filled with blood.

“Cadmium Deep Red Hue.”
I would not recommend travelling with any paints or painted items, as most all paints are metal-based, as you have experienced.

"The missus just discovered that my heavy cat has one eye that reflects red from different angles, but green from straight on.
(Right eye, but her iris color is yellow for both eyes.)
An odd cat I have." I've been wondering about that. It's been said that cats don't have color vision.
It's possible that this retinal reflectance offers the possibility of distinguishing colors, but that mainly they don't pay attention to colors.
Setting up a research program should be easy enough: Make a maze with transposible colored doors, and set it up so that only a certain color will yield the prize. Produce a chart of tries and errors.
After learning which color yields the prize, the cat should be able to navigate a new mix without error, if it can distinguish colors.
High School Science Project, anyone?

I don’t plan on taking my living room with next time I travel so I guess I could paint it a Cadmium Deep Red Hue. but then it wouldn’t match the dinning room.
My pocket knife is Dark Red and I can't fly with that. It must be a conspiracy against Red! I bet Blue dosen't have the same problems.
But then...

All this and I don't drink coffee!

Cats can see color, just not as well as we do.
Tradeoff with being able to see in the dark better than we do.
Trouble is, cats don’t care about what color something is, their concern is whether or not what they see tastes good, will feed them, or will serve their whims.

Not too obscure. Howard often stole the show. Much like “Frank Burns” in M*A*S*H. (Can’t think of his name!)

I know. The more expensive the metal the more expensive the paint (oils and watercolors ate my wallet away for a few years)

Tell that to my white cat. EVERY time I wear black he acts like I've been gone for a month and can't get enough of me. LOL...I work in a very professional environment and have frequently gone to meetings when suddenly this long, white cat hair float up into the air. Fortunately most everyone seem to be animal people.

I’m no good with oils or watercolors.
Yet.
Acrylics and latex based paints seem to be more what I can deal with.
To a point.

Thermos is strapped to the bike full with a half gallon of expertly brewed coffee.
It’s a gorgeous day outside—Not a cloud in the sky. Sad I have to spend it this way, but there’s nothing more important today.
See Ya!
