Prayers sent up for ya FRiend that you get better.

I get those sinus infections too and levaquin does the trick. I doubt it's anything close to what you've had. All the best for you and the family

I've been knocked on my socks from sinus infections often, they can truly sap all your strength. Wicked fatigue, sleep and more sleep for weeks. Mind your spirit, the inability to do the things you need and want to do can begin to crush your spirt when it becomes chronic. Hang in there. Prayers sent.

May God continue to help you as you go through this trial. My husband had a sleep study, after problems with insomnia, but he had an EEG done first, or maybe it was an MRI of the brain. Anyway, they found that he has sleep apnea, which can play havoc with the entire body. Now he's trying to use the CPAP machine, but hasn't had much luck with it, as he has dual maxillary sinusitis. Ain't getting old great?

Prayers for your doctor's wisdom to get you the proper diagnosis and for you to hold steadfast in your faithfulness. God is working for you, hold onto that and take comfort in that. You need not fear the devil because our God is more powerful than the devil on his best day! More prayers on the way...

I am getting better. The fears are getting less. I talked to a friend at church who had had a spirit of fear on him a few years ago that made him afraid of a certain room in his own house. This helped me get through this just by having someone realate to me in person that this CAN get better. Before it was time to go he had me laughing out loud at old Andy Griffith episodes.

I slept so hard last night that I woke up in exactly the same postiion I went to sleep in with absolutely no idea that over 4 hours had gone by and then tried to tell my wife that I hadn't been to sleep at all.

Today I was able to follow my wife to the car repair shop and have my radiator repaired and then eat breakfast at Hardys and then help her inventory some drugs for a mission trip to Honduras. The last of the psychiatric drugs is leaving my system now.

Then I started to get the jitters and came home at 1 and lay down without anxiety.

G_d gave me over an hour of peaceful rest with no drugs or worry! Praise the Holy name of YAWEH the living and breathing GOD! To Hima all blessings and honor and glory and power and riches and strength! AMEN and Amen!

Greater is He who is in me that he who is in the world.

I had many sinus infections until I went to the specialist.

Seems I had very narrow sinus passages so I had an operation that in essense made my sinus passages larger.

Haven't had a sinus infection since and I have allergies

I have read a lot of these posts and there is some good advice but if you problem is chronic, you should see an ear, nose, throat specialist.

First, I as seeing s sleep specialist. If this 30 day round of Levaquin doesn't knock it out, then I an going to an ENT and he may roto-rooter that cyst/pollyp out of my sinus cavity. Was it painful for long when he did yours?

Make that, I am going to see a sleep specialist first, give the antibiotics some time and then the ENT.

No not painful, that I recall

He gave me pain pills after surgery

However it does require some time off of work and you look terrible!

Also your sinus cavity is packed so you have to breath through your mouth

But it is worth it NOT to have chronic sinus infections which are painful and can lead to a dangerous tolerance of antibiotics
