Any weathermen out there who can explain these blips please...

See those red fingers on the left of the radar? Now whose might those be?

A seeming grid-pattern of five heat signatures appear out of nothing to the west of Hurricane Rita, intensify and hold their positions, and then fade to nothing. Their appearance coincided with the storm's unexpected turn away from Houston to track north before making landfall.

Bush ordered Alaska to focus HARP(an Ionespheric(sp?) heater) on that area to push Rita over the black neighborhoods again.
So, to answer your question, Bush did it!!

Know what else Bush is doing? He banned the tin-foil al gore invented and has been selling aluminumi foil. So what? Well a magnet will stick to tin but not to aluminum. They have been getting exposed to mind control waves all along and don't even know it. While thinking they were safe.
Now that my friend is Bush's fault.

Hair - the annimation I posted a link to comes from the University of Wisconsin - Madison Space Science and Engineering Center Cooperative Institute for Meteorological Satellite Studies - this is what their website descibes:

Introduction
CIMSS is a Cooperative Institute formed through a Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). CIMSS scientists conduct research using passive remote sensing systems for meteorological and surface-based applications.

Here's a site that appears to give serious explanations of radar anomalies.

Well, I noticed this as well... but from what I gathered on Rita's landfall, well while it was roughly 525-515 miles off the coast (roughly 4:30AM EST) the eye wall almost appeared to be dicipating, and re-forming itself, which would naturally grant the storm it's "caffeine buzz" - It's just in my general gatherings that the Storm lost strength so quickly, and reduced to a 4 from a 5, a 20mph or so change over night, after it's "powerhousing" during the daytime.

What I think happend is it basically put all of it's eggs in the same basket, and ate dessert before peas. Anotherwords, I think it drained it's energy sources so quickly that it was a ungodly monster off the coast, but as it actually reduced in power approaching the Continental Shelf, it seemed to dicipate quite rapidly, suggesting the eyewall was either out of time or depleted at its cyclic behavior.

The only comments I care to state on the conspiracy side of things, is that I don't buy into it. Theres plenty of wonders out there produced by mother nature to more than provide an equal opportunity that those 5 fingers are either radar errors, or perhapse stalled storm bands...

Just another two cents.

I'm not a meteorologist, and I can't answer your question as to what is depicted in the radar. It is interesting though...

For those on the thread that think Weather Control is completely in the tin-foil hat realm I submit for your review the following:

109th Congress S. 517: A bill to establish a Weather Modification Operations and Research Board, and for other purposes Introduced: Mar 3, 2005 Sponsor: Sen. Kay Hutchison [R-TX] Status: Introduced (By Sen. Kay Hutchison [R-TX]) Last Action: Mar 3, 2005: Read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. (text of measure as introduced: CR S2025-2026)

109th Congress H.R. 2995: To establish the Weather Modification Operations and Research Board, and for other purposes General Other

Official Title: To establish the Weather Modification Operations and Research Board, and for other purposes. Status: Introduced (By Rep. Mark Udall [D-CO]) This bill is in the first step in the legislative process. Introduced House bills go first to House committees that consider whether the bill should be presented to the House as a whole. The majority of bills never make it out of committee. Introduced: Jun 20, 2005 Last Action: Jun 27, 2005: Referred to the Subcommittee on Environment, Technology, and Standards. Sponsor: Rep. Mark Udall [D-CO]

NOTES: I'm not familiar with the Rep. Hutchinson so I can't comment on her. But I did live in Colorado for the last 7 1/2 years and although I detest Rep. Udall he is hardly a "nutcase" or tin-foil hat affecionado.

Mega Lightning.

A type of ball lightning commonly found in tornadoes, it's what causes tornadoes to seek out anything aluminum like trailer parks and airports. Aluminum as we all know is created using electricity, mega lightning senses those electrical properties and drives tornadoes towards aluminum.

A pet theory of mine. and I'll stand by it until I get a federal grant of one million dollars to disprove it...

(evil laugh)

That's an interesting theory, and I don't think at this point in time I would argue it - however would you mind elaborating just a tad bit, as to some more details, or do you have any more theorietical support for your theory?

It sounds quite interesting, perhapse true, though I wonder where the 'aluminum' would be found... unless you speak of the storms to the north, which have high electricity, perhapse that played some role or am I misunderstanding your theory there?

Thank you,
