Please put your links regarding justice for Terri on this thread or articles re: people who are waking up all the time and speaking because they've been given new treatments. Terri was denied a chance to eat by mouth at the end and she was denied new groundbreaking tests by Judge Greer. Instead, he stuck to his guns that she would be starved and dehydrated beginning on March 18th. What a man. It takes a big man to starve an innocent woman to death. This was ALL AGAINST THE FLORIDA STATUTES.

The GOP is getting phone calls but they are not listening to their constituents on the issue of George Greer. Does the GOP endorse judicial tyranny? Ask them. Find out.

Possibly we can mend a divide in the Republican Party that is turning into a dangerous crevasse by demanding the impeachment of Judge George Greer, Sixth Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida.

If that sounds radical, please note that the democrats are in trouble as well for not saving Terri's life.

Greer had super powers over the Governor of Florida, over the US Congress, the President and over the FDLE. Greer who was in defiance of the US Congress and President is the one who needs investigation and impeachment but the RINO's in Tallahassee are reluctant to do their duty.

If Terri was killed because of money and power, let us find out how RINOS like Senator Jim King went into battle against Terri with the death lobby and the national trial lawyers. Senator Jim King of Duval County should not get a pass either, not ever.

Please visit www.theempirejournal.com. Judge Whittemore had a significant conflict of interest that he failed to disclose. It was significant enough that a case could be made that he became more of an accomplice instead of a judge. He was glad to jerk the Schindlers around at two hearings and then to defy the US Congress and the President. More bombhells are on the way.

He wants someone to give him a feel for how other nations' views re: the United States letting Terri starve to death this way.

Terri's Parents give Pope picture of Terri Schiavo

Terri Schiavo's parents, grateful for Vatican backing in their failed campaign to keep their brain-damaged daughter alive, briefly met Pope Benedict on Wednesday and gave him a framed picture of her.

Bob and Mary Schindler were in the front row at Benedict's general audience in St Peter's Square and he greeted them personally as he passed by.

Schiavo's mother kissed the Pope's ring and her father shook his hand.

On Tuesday, they met the Vatican's top justice official Cardinal Renato Martino to thank the Roman Catholic Church for its support.

Schiavo died on March 31 in Florida after a U.S. state court ordered the feeding tube, which sustained her for 15 years, removed at the request of her husband who said it was what she would have wanted.

Pope John Paul II, who died two days after Schiavo, had declared some life-extending treatments a moral duty for Roman Catholics.

Schiavo's case sparked outrage at the Vatican, which compared the court to an executioner who "arbitrarily brought forward" the date of her death.

At their meeting on Tuesday, Martino commended the Roman Catholic Schindlers' ongoing efforts to "defend life and the concept of a natural death."

Terri Schiavo family thank pope for support

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) Terri Schiavo's parents on Wednesday thanked Pope Benedict for Vatican backing in their failed campaign to keep their brain-damaged daughter alive and gave him a framed picture of her.

"I can't even tell you how I felt," Terri's mother, Mary, told Reuters in an interview with other family members in St. Peter's Square just minutes after meeting the Pope.

"When I gave it to him he said: 'I know, I know about Terri' to me. I couldn't imagine the Holy Father saying to me 'I know, I know about Terri'. It was the most I could have ever, ever hoped for," she said.

Bob and Mary Schindler, their son Bobby and their daughter Suzanne, were in the front row at Benedict's general audience.

"When he said 'Terri' he held his hand to his heart like he was very sad," her father added.

"We could have done that. Terri is very similar to those people ... it was just sad that she couldn't be here with us to share it," he said.

Throughout the Terri Schiavo case, the Catholic Church defended the family's efforts to defend life, which the Church teaches starts at the moment of conception and ends at the moment of natural death.

"I think we are seeing a real attack on the culture of life and I think Terri's case exposed just how powerful and dangerous this 'death group' is and what's happening across America," her brother said. Terri Schiavo's sister Suzanne Vitadamo said: "We did this for Terri. We believe she is sitting with the pope up in heaven. I'm sure she is looking down on us and smiling."

What a wonderful and beautiful thought and indeed she most certainly is!!!! : ) It is heatwarming to know that the Schindlers moment with the pope was so comforting and uplifting to their spirits! God Bless them and may we continue to pray for them!!!!!!

Thank you for this story. I am so lifted that Mary and Bob got to speak with the Pope, that THIS Pope knew of Terri and held his hand to his own heart as he spoke of Terri.

I am still hurting from Terri's murder. While they were killing her, I would cry as I poured myself a glass of water or be unable to eat if thoughts of her suffering flooded me at mealtime. And if I FELT THIS HORROR so MUCH, how much MORE did her family, her friends, and her supporters at the scene of her torturous death?

I am still angry.

Very.

And I am depressed, still, over what happened and the way our court system DID NOT PROTECT TERRI against a MONSTER GUARDIAN and the horned death angels hovering over her...felos, labyak, bushnell (Satan's pet dog), etc.

Greer? One lost soul.

All of them....sick people, as sick as scientologists....genuine ghouls.

I can see Hubbard dancing in hell over Terri's death just as I can see Pope Paul the II crying over her death in Heaven.

This was all black and white. Good vs evil. Heaven and Hell at war.

Revenge is our Lord's, I KNOW THIS....and I have 100% faith that He will take care of the aftermath of her death....the refuge....the perps...without fail.

Judges are impartial, right? Not Judge George Greer, the judge that has ordered Terri Schiavo executed by starvation and dehydration, twice.

Our good ole boy judge has worked side by side as county commissioner with Barbara Sheen Todd (county commissioner) for eight years. Barbara Sheen Todd is on the board of, you guessed it, the hospice where Terri Schiavo is kept prisoner by her husband, Michael Schiavo, who lives with another woman that he has two children with.

Also, Judge Greer's fellow judge, Judge John Lenderman is the brother of Martha Lenderman, also on the, you got it, the same hospice board.

Campaign contributions:

Greer allegedly raised one of the biggest war chests ever in a judicial campaign with contributions over $144,000.

The contributors included members of the Michael Schiavo legal team, Hamden Baskin III, $500; Deborah Bushnell, $250; Felos and Felos of which lead Schiavo attorney George Felos is a principal, $250; Gynethe S. Stanley, $150 and $250; Steven Nilsson, $250 and $250.

The maximum contribution allowed by an individual is $500.

The Feeding Tube As Life Support

Congressman and hospice board member Gus Michael Bilirakis* is co-sponsor of the 1999 Florida house bill 2131, adding a feeding tube in the legal definition of a life-prolonging method.

Consider this time-line:

May 1997 - Deborah Bushnell send a letter to Judge Shames (he was before Judge Greer) saying that the Schindlers should be involved in Terri's care during her final days (since Michael intends to move Terri to hospice and remove her feeding tube).

Aug. 1997 - Felos sends a letter to the Schindler's notifying them of pending action to remove Terri's feeding tube.

May 1998 - George Felos is hired and files a petition in Court to remove Terri's feeding tube.

April 6, 1999 - House Bill 2131 was introduced in the legislature by the Florida Elder Affairs & Long-Term Care Committee to amend Section 765 (Civil Rights) of the Florida Statutes. two weeks later, the legislature Committee on Judiciary recommended that House Bill 2131 should also change the Section 765.101 legal definition of life prolonging procedures to add: "INCLUDING ARTIFICIALLY PROVIDED SUSTENANCE AND HYDRATION, WHICH SUSTAINS, RESTORES, OR SUPPLANTS A SPONTANEOUS VITAL FUNCTION".

Oct 1, 1999 - Senate Bill 2228 (formerly HB2131) becomes law changing Section 765.101 of the Florida Statutes to include the above.

Jan 24, 2000 - Trial begins to decided whether to remove Terri's feeding tube.

Feb 11, 2000 - Judge Greer orders that Terri's feeding tube can be removed.

If you followed the time-line, Felos filed a petition to remove Terri's feeding tube BEFORE the law was changed, and the trial began AFTER the law was changed (and Greer approved removal of the tube). Why is that?

All Terri's broken bones and the fact that she was NOT in PVS, MUST BE COVERED UP, otherwise Greer and company will have been proven wrong....and we can't have that.

Therefore, the autopsy results, no matter what they truly reveal, will support the actions of the Court.

I believe that to be true as well. But for the life if me I will never understand why Greer would err on the side of death in his judgement to let Terri be murdered, whether or not she was PVS.

There are many reasons. But all of Greer's decisions in Terri's case big and small were so partial to Schiavo, and his ties to so many of the players on that side were so strong, there is no doubt IN MY MIND, GREER's motivations had anything to do with FAIRNESS and JUSTICE.

ATTENTION CALL TO ACTION SEND PHOTOS TO MIAMI: If you attended the 2003 or 2005 Vigil or other protests regarding Terri's Fight and took pictures, we have a project.

The most economical way to do this would be to take your color photos, slap them on a copier and do them in black and white. If you'd rather send him photos, go for it.

We want Representative Robaino to see how many rallys there have been, how many people actually attended the rallys and what their signs said.

By the time the news got to Tallahassee, it was downplayed because the media didn't show that we were ten to fifteen deep. If Julio Robaino wants to see our photos, let's send him photocopies of our photos!
