Hey, she wanted to know what your favorite Christmas movies are and since I love movies so much, I'm in. I know there are tons of Christmas movies but I could only think of these as my favorites.

7) The Ref 6) Miracle on 34th Street (original) 5) When Harry Met Sally (not really a Christmas movie but does have some Christmas and New Year's scenes and I like watching it at Christmas time) 4) Christmas Vacation 3) It's a Wonderful Life 2) A Charlie Brown Christmas (not a movie but I love and watch this every year) 1) A Christmas Story (this is a damn fine classic in my opinion)

So what are your favorite holiday flicks?

She's on the money, with the exception of Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and the Ref (which I never heard of).

The Bells of St. Mary's is right up there in my book!

I'll go along with about 1/2 of them.

One must-watch classic missing from her list.......The Bishop's Wife

Oh yeah, I overlooked Harry met Sally. A crappy movie any time of the year.

Bells of St. Marys, Miracle on 34th Street, Christmas Vacation and, of course, March of the Wooden Soldiers.

I used to love 'It's a Wonderful Life' a lot more, until I moved to Las Vegas and realized that 'Pottersville' was basically my adopted hometown on a much smaller scale.

Just what's George Bailey's problem? Can't people have a little fun once in a while? :-)

My favorite Christmas movie is The Muppets Christmas Carol (no snickering allowed).

On a more dramatic level, we usually watch "Three Days of the Condor" around this time each year (not a Christmas movie, but does take place around Christmas and it's hubby's favorite movie.)

Would I be some sort of weirdo if I were to recommend "Die Hard"?
