Western Civilization.

Civilization is about curbing your animal instincts to put human life above your animal instincts.

Animals work on instincts, while human beings rise above coarse animal instincts to respect the life, freedom, and rights of their fellow man.

Now some cultures qualify as civilizations by rising above these animal instinct with their respect for human life and a passion for progress; while others like Islam merely practice these animals instincts in an organized manner, falling far short of the word Civilization, and rendering it even baser than barbarism, because of the organized manner in which this savagery is practiced. Islam seems to be barbarism practiced by choice rather than by default as a result of ignorance.

The Greek, Roman, and Chinese cultures would qualify as civilizations, because of their enlightenment; while Islam would fall short of it, because of its practice of forms of human sacrifice, and organized savagery that is unparalleled even by ancient barbarians.

A religion that stones people to death, chops their limbs off, lets men keep captured men and women as slaves and concubines, punishes every form of happiness and the exercise of free speech and free choice with death; would remind one of a criminal syndicate, but it can never be considered a religion of God

I have never come across an enlightened and honest Muslim in my entire life. There is nothing positive that these savages can contribute to the World. Their destructive mindsets can be seen at work in the turmoil, corruption, in-efficiencies, cruelties and human rights abuses that engulf their Stone Age societies.

Islamic culture and practices are simply incompatible with human civilization.

Today, the entire Civilized is threatened by these savage Islamic hordes; which are equipped with the mindset of the stone ages but the economic, industrial and military power of the modern world.

Islam today is an anachronism in the millennial category; that is the enlightenment of its people is out of tune with their oil wealth and technology in terms of WMD by a social development gap of over a millennium . The WMD might of certain Islamic nations and the oil wealth of other Islamic nations threaten to destabilize the entire civilized world.

In the past, mankind?s scientific knowledge and wealth have always been in tune with its social enlightenment, to ensure a responsible use of this might; however recent oil booms and technology transfers have put a tremendous amount of lethal power in the hands of Islamic savages, who lack the intellect to use it judiciously.

It is very important to contain the Islamic world with sanctions and technology transfer restrictions to force them to change socially and turn human, before they can be trusted with modern economic and scientific might.

It is important that all the great powers like America, Europe, Russia, China, Latin America, Israel, India and Christian Africa join hands to contain the Islamic world with sanctions; while secularist secessionists are recruited within Islamic countries to push the Islamists to the fringes with a strong secular ethnic and linguistic sentiment to subdue the Islamic sentimentm in an effort to humanize the Islamic world.

The Soviet and Libyan example need to be repeated against the rest of the Islamic world.

It is important that all of the great nations like America, Europe, Russia, China, Latin America and Christian Africa unite against the Islamic world and prevent the Muslims from pitting the great powers against each other to pave the way for Islamic world rule. Muslims are Crooks, Liars and Bullers. They are incapable of achieving anything on their own, but they are masters of conspiracies, lies and deceit. It is very important that the great powers and Western Societies don?t let the Muslims manipulate them into their destruction.

Now coming to the Western Civilization.

The Western Civilization represents the highest in human aspirations. Contrary to other Civilizations that make the well being of a lifeless entity like the ?State? as the pinnacle of their efforts; the Western Civilization, puts all it?s efforts into the well being of humanity by making the individual and his well being the center of it?s focus. It protects the individual from persecution by other individuals and the State by granting every individual unalienable rights to his life, his freedom and the pursuit of his happiness. Cut loose from interference by other individuals and the State, the human spirit soars to the skies, stretching horizons, unraveling mysteries, and pushing the limits of human potential to usher in an era of enlightenment, progress and prosperity.

A Civilization isn?t about Race, Color or Creed. It is about a set of values, principles and practices that govern ordinary life and provide the people with a set of problem solving tools.

A civilization isn?t the property of a particular race, color or creed and can be adopted by people of any race, as a vehicle to their freedom, progress and prosperity.

The Western civilization didn?t evolve in the countries considered as the center of the present day ?West?; instead Western Civilization evolved out of the cultural practices of ancient Greece and Rome. These practices were then modified with Christian teachings, which then eventually found their way to the West and the rest of the Christian world; as a result of Christian conquests and the work of Christian missionaries, convents and public schools.

The Western Civilization is about Individual freedoms, greater personal responsibility, and respect for the rights of others. Now Christianity again is about these very principles.

The similarities between Western Civilization and the Christian faith are no coincidence, the Western civilization is itself the product of a marriage between the Roman Civilization and Christian faith.

This marriage also means that today?s Christians and Liberals both share the same core values, because they both practice the same general life style with only minor differences..

All countries practicing the Christian faith also lead a Western life style. Today, the Western Civilization might be centered in the West, but it has it?s offshoots in the nations of Latin America, Christian Africa and Christian communities in the Far East. The Jewish people again share the same cultural heritage.

Christianity and the Western Civilization are so deeply intertwined that in the past Christianity has served as the vehicle of Western Civilization; whereby Western Civilization spread to the World as a result of Christian conquests and the work of Christian missionaries and convents or schools.

Now every Christian and every Westerner leads his life by the same core principles, yet you?d find the Liberals quarrelling with the Christians, and Black, White and Latin people quarrelling with each other; when in fact the similarities between them centered around the same core values, far outweigh the differences. These people have more in terms of common ground to build on, than the differences to quarrel over. It would be only natural for them to emphasize their similarities.

One has to realize that Christ never forced his teachings on others; on the contrary Christ reached out to social outcasts like the lepers and prostitutes to embrace them in his fold and help them. The only people whom Christ despised were those cruel to his mankind.

If Christ were to be born again, it would seem that the Muslims would be the only people he?d despise for their wanton disregard for human life manifested in; Islamic butchery, their cruel social practices and their exploitation of the weak and women.

The Liberals and Christians need to join hands to defend the greatest civilization known to man from savage Islamic hordes determined to destroy it.

The Western Civilization represents the zenith of human social and intellectual development; while common Christian bonds represent its best chance of survival by incorporating the nations of America, Latin America, Europe, Christian Africa, and all those willing to adopt Western values into one big cultural bloc.

It is also extremely important for the Western Civilization to respect other healthy civilizations such as the Chinese etc, because a conflict between the two would doom both, and leave savage Islam as the dominant force.

Unifying the Western worlds would require accommodation by both the Christians and the Liberals.

Both sides have to realize that God incorporated human instincts into the genetic make up of man to ensure mankind?s survival and to propel it to progress; but unless these instincts are tempered by the human mind, they can lead to mankind?s destruction. Tempered greed serves as the vehicle of progress and prosperity, while unrestrained greed serves as the vehicle of its destruction. A controlled sex life leads to emotional fulfillment and stability; whereas wanton sex leads to jealousies, disillusionment, emotional emptiness and single parent families.

Human instincts can be the instruments of mankind?s happiness and prosperity or they can be the instruments of its doom.

Christians have to realize that it is ok to indulge in these instincts for a healthy, satisfying and fulfilling life; while the liberals have to learn not to over indulge in them to keep chaos, turmoil and hurt out of their lives.

Christians have to realize that sex for pleasure is ok, but that sex for money is bad. That it is ok to accommodate liberal teachings into schools, as long as Christian teachings are also accommodated in the same curriculum.

Christians have to further realize that Christian unity should be defend themselves against persecution; that they shouldn?t use this unity to persecute Liberals, as this would be against the teaching of Christianity and the example set forth by Christ.

Islam made it possible for the West to have a civilization worth speaking of. Indeed the West was in the Dark Ages before Islam shed light on the miserable existence of the West and its barbarous behavior. Even this was short-lived. The Western Church proceeded to persecute the common people in barbaric fashion.

Is that what you call civilization? The Crusades and the Inquisition?

Islam requires no form of human sacrifice, and organized savagery is what war is about. Dead Iraqi children and women testify to that.

I agree. Now look at the history of Christianity and know that it is not a religion of God!

I find that statement hard to believe. But given that, I can see why James has the view of Islam that he does!

Islam continues to be a positive force for change in the world. Most Muslims do not belong to fundamentalist groups which are involved in the things that James is speaking of. The majority of Muslims are involved in changing the world they live and themselves in a positive fashion. Turmoil, corruption, in-efficiencies, cruelties and human rights abuses exist right here in this country. Does that make us savages also? Of course!

One can say Christian culture and practices are simply incompatible with human civilization. Just look at the history of one Christian institution - The Vatican. Look at the history of the Papacy and the killing committed by Christians done through the ages and tell me this is not barbaric. This continues right up to slavery in this country and today to the killing going on in Iraq and Afghanistan.

If the world is threatened by Islam today, it has been threatened by Christianity for millenia.

Christian nations threatens to destabilize the entire world with their military might and interventionist activities.

Was nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki judicious? Innocent women and children killed for the sake of war. Where is the wisdom in that?

The Islamic world is already contained with sanctions and technology transfer restrictions where ever these can be applied. This will not stop their progress in any area however. On the one hand, Muslims are barbaric. On the other hand, they have advanced technology. It sounds like someone is upset with the progress the Islamic world has made to date and its new-found wealth. Is that why you hate them?

The Islamic world will never be contained. You had better get used to that. Africa will soon be an Islamic continent as well. And to think Christian missionaries used to say that they would convert Africa to Christianity in a few years! Comical indeed.

Europe will soon be a majority Muslim continent also, given the flow of immigration and high birth rates of Muslims there. Yes, the end of the West is in sight.

The Muslims dont pit the great powers against each other. They have those who support them and those who dont. Its that simple. The "greate powers" that support the Muslims are in a minority for sure. A Christian power alliance against Muslims will not spell victory for Christianity. It will guarantee a death blow to the Christian power allaince. Future generations would see the futility of such vain desires.

Christians came to this country and lied to the Native Americans about everything and stole their land from them. Now Christians are talking about Muslims being liars, crooks and bullies? Hypocritical. The "great powers" became great on the back of others, be they American Indians, African slaves, or others.

The seeds of their destruction were sown long ago by their savage treatment of others. It seems they want us to forget what they have done and go along with their "program." Or should I say "pogrom."

Western civilization represents the lowest in human aspirations. Indeed, racism and religious persecution still abound here in this society. Poisonous ideas of others are rampant as can be seen by the statements made by many. This society still has a long way to go before it can be said to practice its values that it professes.

Indeed, the use of slavery in empire building did evolve out of Greece and Rome. True enough. It is also evident that the West evolved dependent on this labor force, along with the use of lies, and military force. This was done by Christian Popes during the Crusades and the Inquisition. A study of European history attests to that.

Christian missionaries enslaved several Native Americans in this country also. This was done in the name of Christianity. As well as torture and killing.
Western civilization is about individual freedoms, greater personal responsibility and respect for the rights of others. The question is whose individual freedoms? Whose personal responsibility? Respect for the rights of whom? Christianity is also about those same principles. Yes. The same questions can be asked of Christianity as well. The answers require honesty.

Indeed the similarities between Western civilization and the Christian faith are no coincidence: the marriage between Greco-Roman values of empire-building based on slavery.

Does this marriage mean that today's Christians and Liberals both share the same core values? Let's hope not. At least not in the historical Christian sense.

If Christ were to be born again, rest assured he would despise Christians even more than Muslims for their wanton disregard for human life manifested in the barbaric legacies of the Crusades, the Inquisition and the trans-Atlantic slave trade. As well as the Bosnian genocide and the killing of women and children in Iraq and Afghanistan. And the nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. And on and on. Where will it end?
