Caught on Video: Kerry Cheated by Using Notes Cards in Debate
No, no, no
his choice of note paper was 3X5 cards rather than flimsy sheets of paper.
Remember hes a democrat and theyre allowed no, EXPECTED to bend the rules.
Your note in #322 worth repeating!!:
I am "noting" all on these debate threads that are defending &/or excusing John Kerry for sneaking in notes he agreed with President GW Bush were/are taboo under their signed binding agreement
I suggest other FReepers do the same
There is no excuse of defense possible
Be assured that those on FR that attempt to do so will not be honest with you on any issue
We know who to ignore and scroll past
We were saying this the night of the debate.
Someone leaked the talking points to Kerry.
He had TOO much to say about far TOO many subjects.
This needs to be in an ad for the GOP or the Swifties or for some other group.
Yes, Kerry cheated.
He brought notes - no question. Thing is, he made a lot of mistatements for a fellow who had crib sheets.
CHEATER!
convenient he knowingly had his back/side to camera hiding this furtive gesture w his body from the audience...
anyone who says we are "conspiracy freeks" is nuts..
He was WAY too polished, he had something IN his pocket,,and Lehrer winked at him at the end. [Rule stated pen paper should have already been on lecturn]
Good point on the matching papers or cards
I'm not sure, but didn't Kerry start writing when GW started talking?
That could have covered for his own pre-hand-written notes
This is a job for JPL
They can take a distant obscure fuzzy video or photograph and make it crystal clear and fill in details and frames
Playing with the color and trying B&W might help to increase contrast and expose Kerry's sleight of hand tricks
Any aerospace guys and gals out there?
Honeywell down Tampa-St. Pete way in Florida?
Hey Fred!
Grab the ball!
Was Hubbell zooming in?
Sky-Cam needed for the debates!

Thanks. It sure seems to be a piece of paper to me.
Fox News didn't mention it, but they showed the video just now. What Kerry did was plain as day!
The shot was taken obliquely from behind and clearly showed Kerry walk to the podium, reach into his jacket with his left hand, and slip what looked exactly like 3x5 cards into the slot in the back of the podium.
I love it. Fox is sooooooo cool to keep playing this video.
Looks to me like Bush pulls out a pen and then clicks it, while Kerry clearly pulls out a folded wad of paper.
How much more of this do you intend to do? Bush did as well as expected in a forum that is not his forte. This insistence on your part, over and over and over again, that he DID SOOOOOOO POORLY is now moot. Give it a rest.

I'd suggest that you listen to the debate again which puts the lie to this absurd assertion, but I know from experience that reviewing the state of the factual record is not something you engage in.
Thanks! You are awesome! ;)
What????
Did Bush cheat too?
I sure hope not or we've lost all traction with this. We'll be left arguing that there are different degrees of cheating like some Catholic moralists.
You're exactly right. Kerry has been BSing all his life. Ask him ANY question and he will answer with his canned yack. That's all he knows how to do is BS. But he's still an amateur. Clinton is a professional.
Sandy Burglar was in Washington State with Vallely and Cameron Kerry!
Bush missed eight opportunities to slam Kerry and put this thing away.
That is factual.
