Have you seen the FR post where the guy put comments along with the Bush debate video that the DNC made, it is hilarious.
I have a relative who works for Fox in Florida. I have e-mailed him asking for help getting an enhanced copy of the video. I don't know if he'll be able to help, though.
Well I am dependent on reading glasses. And if I was in an important debate I would HAVE to have mine on me in case I needed to read my notes I anticipated taking. I might not end up needing them. But I would have them just in case.
The thing is... would you put them on the podium in case you need them or would you park them on your nose the whole time? Probably not on your nose because reading glasses make you look well older and like a school marm.
I have no idea if they ARE reading glasses, but they are one of only a couple of items that he would be carrying, the other being a cheat sheet. Perhaps a pen but not at all likely given he knows one is already been provided.
It is either glasses or a cheat sheet and I am just exploring how it could be glasses.
He sure did cheat but that is not surprising, he is a Democrat, lying and cheating come natural to them, sort of like breathing.

All this conspiracy nonsense about Lehrer feeding Kerry the questions in advance and Kerry having some kind of unfair advantage is just nuts. To post it makes us look like a bunch of kooks.
Why do you care so much about what we look like to the enemy? You sound like Kerry regarding the Global Test. You belittle us as conspiracy theorists because you're afraid if you acknowledge the evidence in the video, people might think we're all kooks?
If character is what you do when nobody's looking, what about when everybody's looking? Does it take more or less character to stand by your guns even then?
If your guide is what others will think of you, then others control you.

We need to get access to the high-def D5 or DigiBeta archive source that almost certainly exists for this event. A lot of organizations were shooting the event, and these days, high-def D5 and DigiBeta is very common now for such things. With that kind of resolution (rather than the resolution of the video after a few generations of downgrading that most of us are looking at right now), the incident will be crystal clear and ripe for analysis.
With everything in the debate area it would be hard to recieve any signals.
