Ok, pissant. I'll tell you the truth. FresnoDA was trying to use mind control techniques on you. But you caught on. Very, very perceptive of you. I don't believe that I said my analysis of the trial was better or my judgement on the transcripts was better than ANYONE elses, just better than yours. Why FresnoDA is no longer on FR and you are is one of those mysteries that can't logically be explained. Many, I am sure, ask themselves that question every time they read one of your posts.

There are also a whole crew of freepers who watched the trial live, read the transcripts and debated with those who believe the jury arrived at the correct decision. Pretty soon you will discover who is willing to debate or discuss and who would rather fight with you over your opinion.

If Dusek "lied" to the jury, and the judge allowed it and feldman ignored it, what does that tell ya?

The evidence was not fabricated as some would leave you to believe. There is NO evidence that westerfield was set up, no evidence the child porn was planted, no evidence the parents did it..none. There is plenty of evidence against dw, and now that we know he put his fingers in the mouth of his 7 yr old niece who he thought was asleep, I'd say that was bit perverted.
