And Carney’s true allegiance and purpose for placement are inadvertently confirmed. The first rule of the Globalist Club President Stubb is we don’t talk about the Globalist Club.

So Ottawa is becoming a part of the EU, and the rest of Canada will become part of the U.S.A.. OK, DEAL.

> Finland and Canada must maintain their relationship with the U.S., particularly regarding security <

Well, there it is. The usual thing. America pays for their security while they spend their money on social experiments.

Actually. that would not surprise me. Canada already has a history and collective mentality of being part of the British Commonwealth. They are used to being seen as tangential part of the whole.A Vassal State.

As far as the role that public sentiments can play in this, I consider Trump’s ill conceived attacks on Canada, questioning its sovereignty (suggesting it could be a 51st state), as well as making Canada the first for additional tariffs, set in motion a rejection of Trump that is turning more into a rejection of the U.S. that can outlast Trump.

Trump should have instead proposed to Canada an end to all U.S. and Canadian tariffs between each other, towards forging a real North American real “free trade” union.

Instead Trump has been pushing Canada closer to the EU.

We are talking about sentiments here, and they may not make policies but they do have a sway in elections.

Who are the biggest losers as far as tariffs on Canada? American manufacturing industries that rely on raw materials and strategic parts from Canada - like auto makers.

I believe Carney is still in power in Canada because Trump boosts his standing as a Canada 1st nationalist.

Canada will join the European Union and together they will claim their moral superiority and boast of perceived economic power.

And the nanosecond the EU is threatened by Russia, China, or whatever Mullah - they will come running to Uncle Sam to protect them.

I think this Canada- EU flirtation has less to do with military or economic reasons, and much more to do with their with goals for global socialism.

Stuff like this should help people understand why Russia had to act in Ukraine as it did. If Canada continues on its genocidal, repressive, autocratic course and keeps buddying up with anti-US forces, the time will come when the US will have no choice but to invade it. Every declaration of US ‘invincibility’ is premised on the assumption that an anti-US alliance cannot simply build up a large military force right on our northern or southern border with impunity.

One has to understand the both Alberta and Saskatchewan Provinces are going to be voting on leaving the Confederation of Canada. Historically Quebec has tried to leave, but not a quite a while. Also even farther back in history some of the Maritime provinces were not that thrilled about the Confederation.

So the question is.....what would the EU acquire? Where would the departing provinces go or would they become totally independent nations?

The Club of Rome might complain. They’ve gone to alot of effort to assist the future ‘Beast’ of the Book of Revelation. They long ago divided up the world up into Ten economic zones. Canada is region 1 along with the USA.

“And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.” - Revelation 17:10-12
