A 14-year-old boy called Havoc has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder after prosecutors say he shot his mother in the back of the head during a heated argument inside their rural Wyoming home.
Havoc Leone is accused of retrieving a handgun he had secretly taken from his mother's car days earlier
His mother, massage therapist Theresa McIntosh, was airlifted to a hospital in Colorado, where she later died from her injuries.
According to a sworn affidavit written by Laramie County Sheriff's Office Deputy Miles DePrimo, the teenager initially told investigators that McIntosh had killed herself.
But during questioning, prosecutors say he eventually described shooting her after an escalating dispute during which she called him the r-word.
DePrimo wrote in the probable cause affidavit that Leone told investigators he had been angry at his mother and struggled to express how much he hated her.
'He was angry right before he shot McIntosh and couldn't tell her how much he hated her because she doesn't understand him,' DePrimo wrote of the teen's statements.
'He was mad McIntosh was calling him names'.
The deputy also wrote that Leone admitted he had previously imagined murdering his mother during arguments.
'Leone has thought about killing McIntosh in the past, specifically when she would make him do things he didn't want to do,' DePrimo wrote in the affidavit.
Investigators said the confrontation that ended in violence began about an hour and a half before the shooting.
According to the affidavit, Leone had taken an electronic tablet from a home where his mother worked cleaning houses.
McIntosh and her common-law husband, who is also Leone's father, confronted him about the device.
During the argument, prosecutors say McIntosh accused the teen of stealing and called him names, including the 'r-word'.

I guess mom had told him to eat his radishes then he went off murdering her.
Why does the media have a forbidden word list?
Literal LOL!
This word paranoia and self-editing is SO retarded!
Recalcitrant? Reprobate? Rash? Rogue?
The r-word? I had to look that up.

I guess “tard bus” is out too?
What a world. You can have it.
“The “R” word? In a murder case they don’t use the word? Are Are they frigging kidding?
Maybe they should charge him with the “M” thing.”
I bet you haven’t read any of the official documents ...
Reprehensible? Retard?
Yep. Republican. The worst, most hurtful and degrading thing the mother could think to call him.
Maybe they should charge him with the “M” thing.

🤣
let’s H they D
She called him a rigger?>>>>>>>>>>
Nope.
The r-word is “retard.”
I don’t see charing him as an adult. he’s 14, doesn’t seem the mom gave him a good start, left hand gun accessible to the teen, demeaned him and likely wasn’t a new thing.
I know other people doing this to young son, talking badly about him intron of him, you can see the stress it causes the kid in his eyes.
why do parents set their kids up for failure?
Worse, she might have called him a reprobate.
OTOH we only have the murderer’s word about that. Lying, which he has already done in this case, is not a stretch for a cold blooded murderer. Even so, he chose quite murderously poorly. We have a way for protecting society from premeditated murderers, execution.

Yup. Works for me.
you’re not kidding!
I bet you’re right but the story should identify the word.
Regular?
Reserved?
Respectful?
Rational?
Reasonable?
Resourceful?
Based on those pictures of the mother, the Hot/Crazy Matrix is gonna need a serious extension on the crazy axis.
i think the same thing every time I see a freeper making up words to replace every day swear words.
We used to say Retardo Montalbon
