It seems very probable the R's will win the House. It's also looking very promising that the R's will gain a majority in the Senate.
That being the case of a Republican congressional majority, what are your views will happen in the near days after the Nov 8 mid terms?
Civility and acceptance of the election results? Riots in the cities? Call for recounts in key states?
Me? I'm saying the liberals will be very uncivil.

Post election if the Democrats in Congress are indeed lame ducks, look for Pelosi and Schumer too use every legislative trick in the book to pass the rest of the progressive agenda into law. With of course the help of Never Trump Republicans.

The GOP can legislate, but the Veto will be used.
The strategy can be to lay out a whole bunch of things (build the wall, build pipelines, etc) and have the Dems put up roadblocks. Or..they can compromise on important things to show they are not the crazy kids the Dems say they are.
If the GOP doesn’t take the senate, it will be a two year shitshow.
And then they will enact a federalization of elections.

Maybe, I postulate, that consideration is due in offering ourselves to best join them and work within circumventing as it may be rather than support a party that outwardly doesn’t appear to want to win RIGHT. But I postulate only. Bring back the old Democrat Party?
