A pregnant woman who feared she was having a miscarriage was stopped from going to the emergency room for 20 minutes by an officer after her husband honked at him for blocking the hospital entrance with his car.
Kevin Enciso was driving his pregnant wife Sabrina, 32, to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida on doctor's orders because she was in pain from a car accident she was involved in the day before.
But as they approached the hospital in 100F heat on July 28, they found two Miami-Dade cop cars blocking the parking lot entrance as the officers had a chat.
Father-to-be Kevin, 28, decided to honk at the distracted deputies in a bid to rush his wife inside. One officer swiftly moved out of the way while the other decided to conduct a traffic stop.
And despite behind just a few hundred yards from the hospital entrance and in the middle of a medical emergency, the couple were instead interrogated by the officer for 20 minutes - who brushed off Sabrina's concerns since she was still 'breathing.'
It was only after first responders took tearful Sabrina's blood pressure, which was 'sky rocketing,' that the police officers let her pass through and enter the emergency ward.
Sabrina told DailyMail.com that at the time, she was only seven weeks into her pregnancy and had suffered a miscarriage just last year - hence her panic and urgency when she was rushed to the hospital.
After spending multiple hours in the ER following the ordeal, she found out that she was thankfully still pregnant and was in fact expecting twins

“you haven’t heard the rest of the story and you’ve already put the cop on trial!”
Here’s the video =>

Let’s hear what your thoughts are.
These cops were idiots. No excuse and give good police officers a bad rap for idiots like this that do not deserve to wear the badge. Ridiculous and stupid behavior by these officers.
“Give extraordinary powers to any group and you will find some members will abuse them.”
And the rest will be silent.
Precisely. I would walk across the street to disconnect his life support if my phone got down to 99 percent charge.
These cops should have parked in front of a fire hydrant like everyone else.

You shouldn’t blame the whole Miami-Dade police for the behavior of one jackass who should be summarily fired. Why the Hell were they blocking the entrance to the EM in the first place?
These people had better get control of their own. They have just about lost all their credibility and support. Whether it is a few or many who are responsible does not matter. When it comes to cops behaving badly an ounce is as good as a pound.
To protect and serve? Not bloody likely.
Like from the stout branch of an oak tree?
I refuse to communicate with the people on this thread who think the police were not in the absolute wrong. Why should these officers believe that there should be any hindrance to emergency room access? I would suggest that they set up a blockade at the nearest truck runaway ramp entrance. Then they could question the driver’s necessity of using said ramp and disturbing the media therein.
It has become impossible to support “those people”. Law enforcement, from city cops to feebs, consists of power-hungry tyrants and people who tolerate power-hungry tyrants.
Note that the “deputy” that got his sorry ass out of the way did nothing to stop the asshole who decided to “conduct a traffic stop”.
Yeah, How dare a lowly citizen tootled his horn at police blocking the entrance to an emergency room when his wife was having problems. He certainly was shown whom is his betters are.
How much inconvenience do cops have the right to inflict on citizens seeking to go about their lawful business? What gives them the right to act like thugs?
The rest of the story is that if a cop gets shot, every traffic intersection in the city gets cleared.
“I don’t understand your comment”
smh
That was my thought. Plus, what morons would block the entrance to an ER?
Except he would have backed up the other one. Cops stick together even when one is wrong.
Worst thing to a cop is contempt of cop.
Sounds like they just won a piece of the Florida lawsuit lotto.
Cop should be fired.
Former Uvalde cops?
They need to be disappeared...
That video is not enough cause to get the cop disciplined let alone yield a lawsuit settlement of any size. The driver husband father was being belligerent and angry and set the stage for confrontation. First honking his horn. So what if he was in a hurry. He should have explained himself instead of asking for a supervisor. How long does he think it is going to take to get a supervisor? My impression is that it is fictionalized. I was believing the account until they said that she was not only fine but going to have twins. That is in the category of a likely story. There is also the time difference between now and when the event actually happened. Why does it take a month to get the story out enough to get a bunch of people mad at the bullies in police uniforms? Everyone here is at each other’s throats over a made up story. Suckers!
