A U.S. federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by 117 workers at a Texas hospital over its requirement that they be vaccinated against COVID-19
U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes upheld Houston Methodist Hospital's policy mandating the employees be vaccinated
Jennifer Bridges, a nurse and the lead plaintiff in the case, had argued that if she was fired for refusing a vaccine, it should be considered wrongful termination
She said the vaccines are experimental, dangerous and likened it to Nazis' forced medical experimentation on concentration camp captives during the Holocaust
The judge said such proclamations were 'false and otherwise irrelevant' and comparing it to the Nazis was 'reprehensible'
He deemed lead plaintiff Jennifer Bridges´ contention that the vaccines are 'experimental and dangerous' to be false and otherwise irrelevant.

Judge Hughes noted in his ruling that Methodist has a duty to protect its patients from catching COVID-19. Judge Hughes also noted that all of the plaintiffs were free not to get vaccinated and work at other jobs, but that they would not be allowed to work at Methodist without being vaccinated.
How did these same employees ‘protect their patients from catching china flu’ BEFORE there were these unproven and experimental shots, or, will they be able to at other facilities, Judge?
Science.
Based on this precedent, is this judge saying that if an employer insisted that all employees be injected with tracking microchips to track them like we do with our pets, or be fired, that it would be legal and the workers can find other jobs if they don't like it?

Did the judge’s Big Pharma check make it to his offshore account yet?
‘false and otherwise irrelevant’ How can the judge say that an experimental vaccine under EAU is false? What the plaintiff said was factually correct. They have not received clearance under the FDA. I know about “clearance” because one of the products my team is developing is asking for FDA clearance. This vaccine has not received such status.
If the hospital employees watched this video they would probably do what I plan to do when confronted with the same choice ... resign on the spot.
