A U.S. federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by 117 workers at a Texas hospital over its requirement that they be vaccinated against COVID-19
U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes upheld Houston Methodist Hospital's policy mandating the employees be vaccinated
Jennifer Bridges, a nurse and the lead plaintiff in the case, had argued that if she was fired for refusing a vaccine, it should be considered wrongful termination
She said the vaccines are experimental, dangerous and likened it to Nazis' forced medical experimentation on concentration camp captives during the Holocaust
The judge said such proclamations were 'false and otherwise irrelevant' and comparing it to the Nazis was 'reprehensible'
He deemed lead plaintiff Jennifer Bridges´ contention that the vaccines are 'experimental and dangerous' to be false and otherwise irrelevant.

His federal judicial service has been hallmarked by being one of the most reversed judges in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
His repeated misconduct was noted by the Fifth Circuit on May 6, 2021, in an appellate opinion that sua sponte reassigned the case in addition to reversing Judge Hughes.

Judge needs to be retired. It can be easily proven that normal due diligence was not done on this vaccine before it was mass injected. Already many serious symptoms, and conditions have been associated with it after mass vaccination began, and not before. I believe that we don’t know the half of the illness that will come from it. Finding all of these illnesses is in fact happening only by mass injecting the vaccines. If that does not make it experimental then I can’t imagine what to call it. The judge is an old idiot who no ability to reason. Needless to say the ethics of forcing these vaccines on people should scare the crap out of him. He would make a good Chinese judge though.

I have to agree with the judge there. Comparing it to the Nazi’s was a step to far.
They invoked Godwin’s law into their case - and probably lost the case as a result.
Stick with the facts ladies.
Experimental vaccine.
Federal law requirements.
Rate of side effects.
Past US vaccine programs that have had horrible effects.
An appeal is necessary. The “vaccine” isn’t a vaccine, and it is experimental. Nobody should be required to take it.
So now we have judges telling doctors and nurses all about the vacccines. Plaitiffs’ attorney should have asked to see the robed thug’s medical credentials.
They are Monsanto type genetic mods. No one should be forced to be held under patent liability. Next thing you know the same judge will tell these people’s children must pay the royalty since the antiviral mod was passed by the parents.

I wonder if this means that in Texas Hooters can demand their workers be on birth control, or take the after pill and if they refuse they can be fired ?

But more seriously this is not surprising to me, Texas recently tried to force all female children to take an HPV vaccine.
