The gods aren’t dead, they are sniveling. That’s the analysis of Ann Coulter, the conservative commentator and former disciple of President Trump, a man she once described as her “emperor god.”
Trump ended the shutdown without funding for his promised border wall, and Coulter cursed.
Trump won’t just go down in history as the “the biggest wimp ever to serve as President of the United States,” as Coulter suggested in one tweet, he isn’t even in charge anymore. Mocking Trump’s public complaints about the arrest of longtime adviser Roger Stone in another, Coulter taunted, “if you were president, you could haul the FBI director's ass into the Oval Office and ask him yourself.”
Geez, Ann, take a Valium.

Thanks DP. I appreciate the encouraging words. I was actually thinking about the possibility of a horrific tragedy a week ago. Can you imagine the Dims. RINOs, probably True Repubs and not to mention the Deep State media piling on if something happened, whether real or more likely contrived, because there wasn’t enough security at airports or wherever?? That would have killed the wall prospects for good. It would have also forced Trump’s hand to reopening the government without any future shutdown. Do any of us really know if there may have been any credible threats to airlines, or what certain members of the deep state may have been contriving that Trump found out about. It’s all conjecture but my point is if something did happen to a flight or flights during this shutdown, the average numb nuts voter out there would have lapped up every vile statement the media and Dims dished out, not to mention all the bull$hit that is spewed on Twitter and FB by the unintelligent celebs.
So what..if it happens than it happens, but at least do it

Anyway, too many surrender monkeys out today. It’s depressing how fast many cave - and I don’t mean Trump. And we all know Ann is just a fly-by-night supporter. I’d like to ask Ann which candidate she would have preferred to vote for over Trump since he is such a disappoinment to her.
Trump has done one hell of a job under more trying circumstances than any president ever and if he asks for 3 weeks, he’s got it in my book.

Maybe Ann Coulter wields the lash that will keep Trump from curling up with a good book and sleeping away the rest of his Presidency. She might play a critical role as kind of a negative Muse.
I expected (still do) big things, ferocious actions, after the impossible victory of DJT. He’s given us some good things, no question about it, but he has a LOT more work to do. Where are the indictments of the Clintons? How about a mass firing at the FBI ... just to show who is really in charge? The Deep State is still firmly in charge and the Swamp is far from dry. Why?
If Ann Coulter can present the correct measure of admiration mixed with fury, then she might be exactly who we need to keep “our” revolution on track. Otherwise, we can await the return of our progressive overlords and hope to tell our grandchildren what freedom used to feel like.
She has a point. Pelosi and Mueller appear to be running the nation. We’ll see in a few weeks.

I am pretty convinced that republicans would have held the house if 40+ didn’t just quit. I suspect most of them quit because they hate Trump. Incumbents have something like a 90+ percent re-election rate. President Trump is up against the democrats and big chunk of the republicans too.
