We don’t live in a racially neutral society: from police officers to headteachers, all the gatekeepers in my life have been white. Yet we do have to acknowledge those who feel they lose out to ethnic minorities
Most white people don’t see themselves as racist. They can comfortably reel off a list of people of colour they know, like, or maybe even love. They can’t think of a time when they’ve negatively discriminated against someone on the grounds of their race. And they don’t see, in a concrete way, how their own race has positively affected them.
More than that, when people imagine a racist, they probably envisage a white skinhead sat in a pub ready to start a fight with the first black or brown person who walks through the door. That’s a convenient picture to conjure up – it’s pretty easy to comfort yourself that you’re nothing at all like that awful bastard.
In fact, though, everyone – of whatever colour – is racist. As part of a TV documentary I’ve been working on, I’ve seen how our brains have a tendency to automatically associate our own race with good and other races with bad, whoever we are....

In capitalism and free societies, you can’t force people to stop discriminating on the micro-thought or unconscious levels.
The ultimate goal here is to legislate new crimes about racism (and genderism) that will destroy the concept of a free society.
Until then, keep asking lefties what their policy goal is. They’ll be confused, and say “we need to have a conversation about race”. Then tell them we “should have a conversation about The Rule of Law” or “Freedom” or even “Christiality” too. Then watch them run.
I’m guessing that Piss-and-Mona can’t see that her vision of white people is filtered through her own racial lens, and that she’s no more fit to judge whites than Robert Byrd is fit to judge blacks.
Over the last 50 years all obvious and even imaginary forms of racism have been eliminated in schools and the workplace. There has even been govt mandated racial discrimination in the form of affirmative action and “diversity” requirements to encourage the hiring of blacks over white males. After all this the socioeconomic condition of blacks has not significantly improved. Its time to admit that racism ISN’T the problem.
So what about this guy? Lumping all whites into one group is wrong! The LEFT is practicing demagoguery, stereotyping, prejudice and encouraging negative bias based only on skin color. They are way out on a limb with this strategy.
Just point to our white friend in the rusted trailer and ask, “Is this the white privilege you are talking about?
The same goes for the "nigger" word. It's all about intent. Words are nothing.
I probably got that attitude from being a Correctional Officer. Lots of words get slung behind bars.
