Larry Lessig, a Harvard University constitutional law professor who made a brief run for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, claimed Tuesday that 20 Republican members of the Electoral College are considering voting against Donald Trump, a figure that would put anti-Trump activists more than halfway toward stalling Trump’s election.

Lessig’s anti-Trump group, “Electors Trust,” has been offering pro bono legal counsel to Republican presidential electors considering ditching Trump and has been acting as a clearinghouse for electors to privately communicate their intentions....

My Tin Foil Hat Theory of the Moment is that the CIA is actually running an op to ferret out the leaker within the US intelligence community.

Step 1: Publish report that Russians hacked the emails

Step 2: Someone who knows the real source will eventually get flabbergasted and blurt out, “it wasn’t the Russians, it was so and so.”

That is absolutely true.

It was while I was living in Cambridge that I realized I was a right-winger. They passed a strict rent control ordinance. It was obvious to me that this was unfair, even though, at the time, I was a member of the "protected class". My negative attitude may have had something to do with the fact that I aspired to be a landlord — or at least rich enough to be one. Although, I was certainly not rich enough at the time.

I have had contempt for Progressives ever since.

If enough electors flip to deny Trump the presidency (which is incredible doubtful) will be the day polite civil disobedience becomes armed rebellion against tyranny. It did not turn out well for King George III nor would it for present day purveyors of tyranny.

Many men have died for the Constitution of the United States since it ratification on June 21, 1788 and even before that the Declaration of Independence July 4th 1776.

The Red States have most the long rifles. The men and women in the blue states that possess weapons mostly did not vote for the democrat party of tyranny. Red state men and women with firearms also practice with them and hunt with them in a most legal manner. We are not “gang bangers.” We are patriots and in most cases very adept with firearms.

There are about 10 million deer hunters in The United States. Each and every one of them posses the skills of a sniper. Most as I, can not make a 1000 yard shot due to the fact that the optics needed are more expensive by far than the weapon. Most of us can make a 300 yard shot if we have the right weapon and scope. All of us can make a 100 yard shot.

The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution were worth of dying for when written over two hundred years ago. They are worthy of dying for today.

We will not go quietly in the night.

My understanding is that there is an obscure rule that says a faithless elector can only be replaced on the day the electoral college votes.
