Larry Lessig, a Harvard University constitutional law professor who made a brief run for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, claimed Tuesday that 20 Republican members of the Electoral College are considering voting against Donald Trump, a figure that would put anti-Trump activists more than halfway toward stalling Trumps election.
Lessigs anti-Trump group, Electors Trust, has been offering pro bono legal counsel to Republican presidential electors considering ditching Trump and has been acting as a clearinghouse for electors to privately communicate their intentions....

Well, who chose these potential faithless electors? I know one is in Dallas.
Hey, this from a Harvard law professor. Take it to the bank.
Dunno, but they sure got a lot to lose.

Well, he was a nationwide dope, so...

How many did he name?

Yeah sure a guy who spews at Haaawwvvaaaard.
I truly believe the Democrat Party is Evil
It really could cause CW II.
Arrest him and them for sedition.
For any reason they want to flip there are three for Hillary.
I don’t believe they have any except the one flake in Texas.
“Lessig provided no evidence to back up his claim”
It’s evident however, that Lessig has quite an imagination.
Odds on this nearly zero.
And the guy in Texas can be replaced by a majority vote of the Electors in the room. Probably will be.
There is a note in Texas law saying they can remove him by majority vote if he is found to be ineligible.
Eligibility criteria include “affiliated with the party”. The night before they can remove him from party rolls. Note it in the meeting, vote him out, vote in a replacement waiting outside the room, and no further problem.
To avoid lawsuit, simply return him to the party rolls after the Electors meeting. He will have suffered no damage and everything will have taken place within the law.
