I remember some guy back at college (35 years ago) had a bumper sticker that had flying cartoon penises on it, against a sky of blue with fluffy white clouds. Kind of a Peter Max motif.
I walked past this car every day, hardly noticing. Then one day, I actually looked at it, and... what the hey?
Never seen anything like that, Maw!
The bumper sticker had some unintelligible, vaguely Germanic-looking words on it. I knew a bit of German, and figured it must be Swedish, maybe Dutch. Whatever.
Nutcases, I thought. The word "whackjob" hadn't been invented yet, I don't think.
Car was parked in a dorm parking lot. Dude probably thought it would be good if chicks thought he was Swedish, and therefore not as likely to be carrying Herpes.

A couple of comments:
Of course, this video was sung in Swedish. But one of the repeated syllables in the song where the peenie was dancing was “snip, snip, snip-a-dee-doo!”
That’s funny right there.
Another weirdness is that the enthusiastic male voice sings all about the peepee, then the same enthusiastic male voice sings all about the coocoo.
What’s the matter, low budget?
