The Certification of Live Birth that Obama proffered as a true and legal document attesting to his birth in Hawaii and on US soil is a fraudulent counterfeit, government document that contains false information used expressly to commit felonious acts at the State and Federal levels.
This act cannot be undone by any subsequent action.
And that is why I don’t need to see any more birth certificates.
Releasing an actual original birth certificate will not reverse the criminal acts intentionally and willfully committed through the use of this fraudulent, counterfeit, government document.
There is more than enough evidence to prove that a fraudulent, counterfeit, government document was intentionally created for use in the commission of a crime.
In other words, it is NOT about eligibility - but criminal fraud and acts of subversion and treason against the United States.
Obama ran a fraudulent campaign for President. Obama could not legally claim to be a Presidential candidate by virtue of illegal actions, could not legally obtain the Office of POTUS by virtue of illegal actions, and cannot be POTUS.
Obama will be taken into custody by law enforcement and charged with the crimes so noted. Congress has no say in this matter because Obama is not POTUS.
Obama is a common person with no special powers or authorities. Likewise, Obama is a common crook.
It is no longer an issue of eligibility.

Absolutely. So he LIED on the application, swore to it, and he got a REAL COLB by doing so. That is absolutely fraud. He lied on his SS$. he lies every time he blinks. Please explain to me again why it needed to be a forgery when HI issues COLBs for selfsworn applications...and WHO this scam benefits.

Since Obama allowed a forged COLB to be put up on the net, and his campaign managers at Fight the Smears attested that it was genuine, I think several things follow.
First, as you say, doing so was a criminal act. So far as I know, Obama has never PERSONALLY stated or sworn that the fake COLB was his. But he allowed his campaign and his workers and the media and his political allies repeatedly and publicly to state as much, and did not speak out about this falsehood. That makes him guilty.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with demanding that he produce a real, official, attested birth certificate.
I also don’t think there’s anything wrong with saying that he almost certainly committed other crimes, such as swearing when he became a lawyer that he never used any other name—a clear falsehood.
I also think that, regardless of where he was born, his parents almost certainly relinquished his American citizenship when he was adopted and became an Indonesian citizen named Barry Soetero. He would have been entitled to reclaim his citizenship at any time after he returned from Indonesia, but there is NO EVIDENCE that he ever did so. It’s too late for him to fill out those papers now.
In other words, he has evidently committed numerous crimes and misdemeanors and falsely swore his solemn oath when he pretended to assume the presidency. That may be why he stumbled and had to take his oath a second time—without witnesses of any kind.
All of this is undeniable. The only COLB we have seen is a fake and a forgery. So, there is absolutely no evidence that he is eligible to be POTUS, but there is plenty of evidence that he is a serial liar. And he has done absolutely nothing to prove any of these serious doubts wrong.
