Obama will be taken into custody by law enforcement and charged with the crimes so noted. Congress has no say in this matter because Obama is not POTUS.

Obama is a common person with no special powers or authorities.

Guess you missed the whole Commander-in-Chief thing...

He will be removed by law enforcement, charged with felony fraud, and placed into custody.

You suppose the Secret Service is just gonna stand by and let them take Obama into custody?

You are doing more damage to the birther movement than any of the anti-birthers here, but your complete lack of self-awareness won't let you see it. You can't stop yourself, and it's fun to watch.

This is exactly correct you know. We do not have a president. We have a person who is unqualified, who has no capacity to be president. All those in line of succession according to the constitution are complicit in qualifying him fraudulently. There is no president to succeed. The succession provisions do not apply. In fact we are on uncharted ground outside of the constitution. The last time that happened was in 1774 or so, and the same remedies will apply. A special people's Congress , and the complete disbandment of the executive branch, an interim executive branch for 18 months with appointments made by a peoples Congress, and then a special presidential election, and then back to business as usual.

That is the remedy. IF we can face it.So far all I see is whining and cowardice. Maybe things will have to get a lot worse to bring it about. We will see.

The alternative is to live in a nation ruled by fascism...licking the hands of our masters.But few really understand just what that means, so they are complacent, and play the mind games of logic and obfuscation.

You bet the BC posted on the Obama site was a forgery. it was intended and arranged for the MSM to use to hoodwink America. Do you not think that the MSM higher ups know it is a forgery, OF COURSE THEY DO.

RINOs and progressives know it is a forgery, all the Senate knows, they think they can tough it out and beat Obama at the polls. They may be wrong about that.

We have a man who is an illegal president, a grifter, and an elitist political class who failed, and are too ashamed to admit the truth to the public, and on top of it all Obama does not comnsider himself bound by the constitution. Why should he be, he is not qualified under it in the first place,and can only keep his seat through the unlawful exercise of power, which he seems to be his strong suit.WHen things get worse, and he resorts to outright fascist conduct ( such as ruling by executive fiat), to preserve himself, then perhaps the nation will awaken. It is about 60% awake now, and if we can keep it up, on the awakening process,Obama is doomed.And rightly so. And we as Americans will save our nation, and assure that such a thing can never happen again.

Polarik is right in his approach, but the details will be dictated by circumstances yet to occur.
