DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

That is so stupid. Ender has been more than willing to say he “got it from a friend” - even when he (and we all) knew he was lying.

I had a situation where I couldn’t post an e-mail because I didn’t have permission so I said what I had and that I didn’t have permission to post the actual e-mail. Then when I got permission to post it I did. There is no need to lie about anything.

It was after having been exposed to the whole "Birther" saga.

I watched as people would get the Birthers all worked up claiming they had finally found the smoking gun that would finally end the Obama candidacy, only for that smoking gun to never materialize. Like the Hawaiian birth certificate with Obama's name as Barry Soetoro that some blogger claimed GOP operatives had got their hands on in Hawaii, the Michelle Obama tapes that Editor Korir claimed to have, etc.

One day I saw a "Birther" lamenting that they knew Obama was born in Kenya, but they just didn't have the smoking gun.

I thought, what if they had one? If only for a little while. Then I thought what a smoking gun might look like. So I spent an afternoon one day and created it. Never having any idea that it would go as viral as it did. I figured it'd create a bit of a rumble in the blogosphere and then quickly die out.

It’s ironic that you come up with this now - right after we’ve got 2 different indirect confirmations from Janice Okubo that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery. The evidence has already materialized.

Methinks your masters are suddenly wanting to revisit the Kenyan BC issue because it has now been proven that even if the Kenyan BC is a hoax it would have as much legal credibility as the best that Hawaii has for Obama right now.

Not everyone believes that he was born in Kenya. Some believe he is ineligible because of having a foreign national father. Some believe his adoption by Lolo Soetoro changed his name and ask when he changed it back and how it affected his citizenship.

Too many assume that "birther" is just one thing when there are many problems.

First the COLB was the big proof for Obama. We’ve now proven that’s a forgery - from Okubo’s own mouth.

So then the COLB stopped being the big proof and folks like Glenn Beck pointed to the birth announcements. You guys know that lie will soon be exposed also.

So now you have to switch to playing defense. The offensive plays you had are all being neutered as they are exposed as lies. Now you have to defend Obama from the Kenyan BC, since it is on the exact same legal footing as what Hawaii has for Obama - except that we know the Hawaiian BC scores no points. The Kenyan BC is still up in the air. You’d like to block the shot because you know it could cost you everything.

The motives here are crystal clear. You ignored us, then ridiculed us; now you’re fighting us and we are about to win.

The "original document" was just a scanned image of a birth certificate on a website which was used as a guide to create the hoax document.

Chapter 25 of Title 18 of the United States Code addresses various offenses in Counterfeiting and Forgery. The current 45 sections of the Counterfeiting and Forgery chapter essentially fall into four broad categories:

1. Financial obligations (including notes, postage, checks, securities, bonds, coins, money orders, debentures, et cetera),
2. Military and naval discharge certificates or official passes,
3. Transportation matters and motor vehicle documents, and
4. The seals of agencies (including courts, departments, and other agencies).

Feel free to read the sections for yourself but counterfeiting or forging foreign documents or currency are just as illegal as counterfeiting or forging US documents or currency under US law.

That's for sure. I have spent too many hours reading BO threads, various web sites on aspects of his background, tons of reviews of facts that aren't supported, reviews of family photos that in some cases show evidence of tampering and on and on. His mother's history is particularly creepy.

And then there's the Obamafile.com. How could anyone go through that site and not see that we have a real problem.

I have come to the conclusion that there is almost nothing that is publicly “known” about this guy that is believable. For all we know, he was born, raised and trained in Russia as a weapon against the US and his entire background was created to get him to the oval office. I just hope that butterdezillion is correct so this doesn't end up like “Who killed Kennedy” and the sooner the better. We can't survive 3 more years of this usurper and his fellow travelers.

No it wasn't. I downloaded it from the Bomford website back on February 12, 2009. I did the first "prototype" of the certificate on February 18, 2009. In fact, I still have a photograph of that first "prototype." I'll pass that on to Enders.
