I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms date accepted and date filed on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms Date accepted by the State Registrar and Date filed by the State Registrar referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of Oahu or on the neighbor islands of Kauai, Hawaii, Maui, Molokai, or Lanai), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of Oahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the Date filed by the State Registrar is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obamas Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.
"citizen" "native born" "natural born citizen" To Parsley, they’re all the same.

I’ve read the case several times. Wong is a citizen. he is a citizen because he is born here, and his parents don’t fit into the exceptions. There are only two kinds of citizens. The ones born here, and the naturalized one. Throughout the case they rely on English common law that being born in the country makes one a natural born subject. That is the same thing as a natural born citizen.
The Indiana case is reasoned out the same way. I think I gave you that link. If not, here it is. Pages 13-18. Short, sweet, simple, if you’re born here, you’re a natural born citizen.

Where were Native Americans in the equation?
Were they determined by the Wong decision, or was that not adjusted until 1924?
How about Chinese up until 1952?
I thought Wong decided ALL citizenship issues, Parsley ...
Maybe even dangerous to himself and those around him. May need restraints at some point.
Interesting too is that “Stanley gave birth” rather than “Ann gave birth.” Stanley Ann went by the name Stanley BEFORE moving to Hawaii. AFTER moving to Hawaii, she was known as Ann. When she supposedly gave birth, she was using the name Ann, not Stanley. If the hospital records wanted her whole name, she would have given it as Stanley Ann. The point being is that it sounds like the Dr. knew Stanley from before they moved to Hawaii and that perhaps Nelson did too. Ann was a university student, Sr. was a university student, Nelson was a university student, and the bride to be was a university student. Just how many universities were there in Honolulu at the time? Has anyone verified there was an Outrigger Canoe Club restaurant on Waikiki Beach in Aug. ‘61?

excerpt:
However, Nelson told WND today, “I don’t know in what capacity [West] knew about this particular birth.”
She said the birth and the unusual names arose in a conversation with West, a leader in the development of obstetrics services throughout Hawaii before Obama was born.
However, she said the assumption that West delivered the baby, or that she said that, were just wrong.
“Being one of the leaders in obstetrics in Hawaii, he could have had physical or informational access to all of the obstetrics [on the islands],” she told WND.
The discussion centered on the “peculiarity of a woman named Stanley,” she said.
“I just said tell me something [that has happened],” she said. “And he says Stanley had a baby, and that’s something to write home about.”
He also told her the father was the first African student at the University of Hawaii, “another interesting local thing,” Nelson told WND.
“[West] never said to me, ‘I delivered a baby,’” Nelson said.
She said she then recalled the name and circumstances 10 years later when the baby’s father, now an official in Kenya, returned to Hawaii to speak.
Nelson told WND “to those of us from Hawaii,” there aren’t any questions or issues about Obama’s birth.
“Hawaii is knee-deep in people who know the whole Obama history,” she said.
A blogger at ObamaCitizenshipFacts.org pointed out that West could not possibly have delivered Obama since, according to a Hawaiian Pearl Harbor history website, he retired in 1956, five years before Obama’s birth. “December of l956, after delivering at least 5,000 babies ... he retired from the practice of medicine,” said the Pearl Harbor Survivors Project website.
“Hope this is helpful in squelching another convenient remembered memory put out there by the O-Bot crowd to try and substantiate his birth in Hawaii without showing an ‘original, long-form, birth certificate known as a CERTIFICATE of Live Birth,’ not the phony image of the ‘CERTIFICATION of Live Birth’ computer form he has been touting as proof,” the blogger wrote.
Nelson confirmed that West, who died only months ago, spent a great deal of his life in medical management, working with the major obstetrics providers in Hawaii, serving the American Medical Association in the state and directing one of the obstetrics clinics.
Nelson said she was “appalled” at being caught up in the arguments over Obama’s birth.
“All I have was a very nice, wholesome story,” she said.

Your “leap of faith” with legal definitions is as laughable as
your “leaps of faith” with LYING CROOKS who provide an
UNRELIABLE document to MORE LYING CROOKS
that’s never been seen by a Judge in a Court of Law.
Parsi, you place WAY too much BLIND FAITH in the people who
deserve it the least!
“Story” indeed.
Fiction, just like her “recollection” of “graceful” 0bama the basketball star.
Blind faith? Maybe something else.
LOL LOL!!!!!
Get a REAL computer. It loads instantly for me.
Read the decision and find out. That way, when you post rplies, you will know what you are talking about. The Indian stuff is in there. So is Chinese to best of my knowledge.
Do you need the link?
parsy, the helpful
Yeah. I think in Palsi’s case, it's really just operator error.
He's still loading CP/M OS from an 8-Track Tape player and trying to
figure out why his "coffee-cup holder"/CD player tray is broken again ...
Here’s where I spank you. Look what you say:
“Throughout the case they rely on English common law that
> being born in the country makes one a natural born
> subject. That is the same thing as a natural born citizen.
Your leap of faith with legal definitions is as laughable”
Then in another post, you ask me “what about indians and chinese” more or less.
If you have read the case, you know about the Indians. Its real clear. SO, If you don’t know about the indians, you haven’t read the case.
If you haven’t read the case, then you are in no position to call it a leap of faith. And you can’t say it is laughable.
You have some responsibility, in an argument, to be honest and to behave. So, do your homework. Read the case. Then make honest comments. Don’t pretend to know about a case you apparently haven’t read.
Now I have answered this question about native born whatevers a half dozen times or so tonite. The evidence is there. If you don’t agree, it takes something more than “You’re crazy, parsy” to express that. Reason, logic, cites, analysis, all these things are fine.
But if all you want to do is call me names, then that isn’t very productive for either of us. So, grow up. Read the cases, and if you don’t have valid basis for your statements, just post cute pictures and say “Hi”.
parsy, who says,”Go to the corner! Stand there with your nose against the wall for 5 minutes! When your five minutes are up, you may return to the computer. Look up Wong and read the case. Let me know if you need a link,”
