I wanted Bailey Brown to go through also. Her voice impressed me more than any of the others I have heard. I think she was so young she would have had trouble later on. But last year they had two 16,17 year olds, didn't they? who made it pretty far. Just not to the final 3.
I hope a record producer finds Bailey Brown and signs her to a contract that puts a thumb in the eye of the AI judges.
Yes, she could come back next year or even in two years - and probably do very well. But NOBODY knows what 2 years from now will bring.
Here's the other test. I would pay money to hear Bailey Brown sing. I have not said that about anyone since Carrie Underwood.

Idol seems to have set us up this season. Nearly everyone they profiled in the auditions was cut last night.Thanks for the Valentine's Day candy, Jonny. It's always sweetest coming from a good friend. :)
Yeah, this season is weird so far. I'm glad you spotted that girl too. I like the Irish Water Spaniel's voice, but no voice has quite captured me like that girl's. Hope something goofy didn't happen to get her cut at this stage.
