I think that guy was a plant. The people from that Dance show probably called him and reserved a place for him.

That was pretty sad, calling her dad and he asks "Who is this?"
Her voice was OK, not great, but good....She probably will be eliminated early...But she at least did the Blondie song in a unique way, not a note for note remake.
