I carry an unloaded 12-guage in my vehicle and have another at home, along with a 32-long, just in case.
Imagine if the belief that Emperor Hirohito was divine was prevalent in many countries, and not just Japan during WWII.
This is what we essentially up against in the future war with Islam. Fanatics that are on par with the Japanese during WWII.
Of course, Japan was cured relatively easily after WWII, it will not be so simple with Islam, I'm afraid.

It seems that nukes will be required to cure fanaticism of this caliber. It worked for the Japanese, maybe we should start looking at Qom, Mecca and Medina?

For connoisseurs of surrealism on the American right, it's hard to beat an exchange that appeared about a decade ago in the Heritage Foundation magazine Policy Review. It started when two associates of the Rev. Jerry Falwell wrote an article which criticized Christian Reconstructionism, the influential movement led by theologian Rousas John (R.J.) Rushdoony, for advocating positions that even they as committed fundamentalists found "scary." Among Reconstructionism's highlights, the article cited support for laws "mandating the death penalty for homosexuals and drunkards." The Rev. Rushdoony fired off a letter to the editor complaining that the article had got his followers' views all wrong: They didn't intend to put drunkards to death.
Ah, yes, accuracy does count. In a world run by Rushdoony followers, sots would escape capital punishment--which would make them happy exceptions indeed. Those who would face execution include not only gays but a very long list of others: blasphemers, heretics, apostate Christians, people who cursed or struck their parents, females guilty of "unchastity before marriage," "incorrigible" juvenile delinquents, adulterers, and (probably) telephone psychics. And that's to say nothing of murderers and those guilty of raping married women or "betrothed virgins." Adulterers, among others, might meet their doom by being publicly stoned--a rather abrupt way for the Clinton presidency to end.
In your fevered dreams. WHere do you get this garbage from? There are flakes in every religion, such as the Hindus who burn Christians to death, but only Islam promotes the killing of the "infidel" in its scriptures, in every sermon of its blood thirsty mullahs, and every post of its nutty adherents.

Europe Declares Crusade Against Islam
Kill those who insult the Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
The Kuffaar, in their sustained crusade against Islam and Muslims, have yet again displayed their hatred towards us, this time by attacking the honour of our beloved Messenger Muhammad (SAW). In September 2005 the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten published 10 cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) which were later republished by a Norwegian paper Magazinet. Until now, both governments have refused to denounce the drawings and to condemn the publication of them. Only then was this followed by the German Welt daily and the French paper The Paris daily France Soir, who published the drawings to ‘maintain the balance of democracy and freedom of expression’ despite all the controversy and world wide objection surrounding them.
These countries have a history of blasphemy against Islam, only in August did the Danish radio presenter Kaj Wilhelmsen say that all fanatical Muslims should be exterminated and the rest should be kicked out of Europe. Last year the Queen of Denmark aired her disapproval of Islam and for those ‘whom religion is their entire life’. Prior to this, the Danish government issued the right to dismiss a Muslim woman from working in a supermarket for wearing the hijaab, in France this has become completely outlawed in schools and academic institutions. A few years ago the Dutch MP Pim Fortuyn made inflammatory remarks when he openly attacked Islam declaring his hatred for it only to be killed shortly after it. In France Jean Marie le-Pen is an ardent racist often attacking Islam and is allowed to openly preach his hatred. The French are staunch secularists and have a deep rooted racism carrying no regards for Islam and Muslims – the recent riots in Paris were a clear display of that after 2 Muslims were brutally killed by the police whilst the government failed to do anything. The French have also arrested and detained many Muslims as part of the so-called war against terror with the exclusion and deportation of Imams. They have been allies in the global crusade against Islam with their troops killing Muslims in Afghanistan; furthermore, Denmark is an ally of the war in Iraq with 500 troops stationed in the South and 10 from Norway showing their approval and participation of the war.
These governments claim that one of their underlying principles is the freedom of speech and that everyone is free to speak their mind and to voice their opinions openly. They claim that the publication of these cartoons is a mere expression of ones opinions falling within the framework of the law. This is the same freedom of expression that quite readily prevents the propagation of Islam and support of the mujaahideen using it as and when it suits them. The very freedom of speech that prevents you from denying the holocaust or speaking against Jews and the freedom of expression that prevents a woman from covering her head with a scarf. It is clear that this freedom is specific only for those who wish to attack Islam and Muslims, like Salman Rushdie, Theo van-Gough, Irshad Manji and Ayaan Hirsi Ali who are allowed to do so with impunity. Furthermore, the European Community stood by the Danish government threatening those who boycott their products with action from the WTO, clearly showing their consent for the stance it has taken. The Kuffaar are one millah and together they have a united stance against Islam, as Allah (SWT) says: And those who disbelieve are allies to one another. [EMQ 8:73]
This should come as no surprise to the Muslims because this is the exact and true nature of the Kuffaar that Allah (SWT) has informed us of in the Qur'aan. The Kuffaar will never have respect for our Deen, they will never honour it and will always seek to ridicule and disparage it. At every opportunity they will try to attack and belittle it whilst concealing the greater hatred they have for it in their hearts. Allah (SWT) says:
Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve. [EMQ 60:2]
They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. [EMQ 3:118]
This is also evident throughout history where the Kuffaar carried out similar acts to try and defame Islam. Allah (SWT) tells us that, Verily, the Kaafireen [disbelievers] are ever unto you your open enemies. [EMQ 4:101]
At the time of the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) there were individuals like these who dishonoured and insulted him upon whom the Islamic judgement was executed. Such people were not tolerated in the past and throughout the history of Islam were dealt with according to the Sharee'ah. Ka’ab ibn Ashraf was assassinated by Muhammad ibn Maslamah for harming the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) by his words; Abu Raafi’ was killed by Abu Ateeq, as the Messenger ordered, in the most evil of ways for swearing at the Prophet; Khaalid bin Sufyaan was killed by Abdullah bin Anees who cut off his head and brought it to the Prophet for harming the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) by his insults; Al-Asmaa' bintu Marwaan was killed by Umayr bin Adi’ al-Khatmi, a blind man, for writing poetry against the Prophet and insulting him in it; Al-Aswad al-Ansi was killed by Fairuz al-Daylami and his family for insulting the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) and claiming to be a prophet himself. This is the judgement of Islam upon those who violate, dishonour and insult the Messenger Muhammad (SAW).
Shortly after these incidents the people began to realise that insulting the Messenger of Allah (SAW) was not something to be taken lightly and that by doing so would mean that you would be killed for it, a concept that many have seem to forgotten today. Insulting the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) is something that the Muslims cannot and will not tolerate, and the punishment in Islam for the one who does so is death. This is the Sunnah of the Prophet and the verdict of Islam upon such people, one that any Muslim is able to execute. The response of the Muslims all over the world shows us the inability to deal with such people, the Kuffaar are attacking our Messenger and are allowed to get away with it whilst the Muslims have no power to do anything about it. The leaders of the Muslim world have no care for the Deen of Islam as they are busy cementing their seats content with their power and wealth. Where are the Muhammad ibn Maslamah’s of our ummah who will defend the honour of our beloved Messenger and rise the banner of Tawheed high?
But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism then fight (you) the leaders of disbelief - for surely their oaths are nothing to them - so that they may stop (evil actions). [EMQ 9:12]
