Judge Napolitano says that the Aruban prosecutor has commited a crime in Aruba by leaking info that was obtained in an ongoing case.

I don't know that I've ever heard this judge say anything favorable for a victim, only for a perp ...

Yes, thanks truthluva, its been discussed on these threads and has been discussed on cable news comparing it to the Natalee Holloway case.

Yes, we have. I've seen her parents and brother on TV a number of times since Natalee disappeared. I really feel for them--they will probably join that large club of parents who never find out what happened to their missing sons and daughters.

Amy's case was a little different. Their ship had left Aruba and was at sea when Amy went missing. At that time, someone may have been holding her in a cabin and taken her off at the next stop (which I believe was Curacao).

There needs to be a different set of rules when dealing with predators than with peaceful citizens. This game they are playing does not work.

It's quite interesting, TK! I would have to read it many times to decipher the cast. He's naming all the characters in this case. But he is saying that the mystery character (Dirty hand) is controlling the case, and so if Babylonian (Joran) sings, than the house of cards will fall, and his Daddy knows it or is involved. It's all tied into Drugs (Ecstasy,etc).

So who is Dirty Hand? That's the key.

What are the odds the request will be granted? Personally, I think it will be granted because if the jerks running Aruba have ANY CLUE, they realize it wouldn't be a good idea to let those snot nose murderers go, at least until Natalee is found and her family leaves that God forbidden corrupt island.
