And Joran gets to have an attorney now during all interrogationsThats what was said prior to yesterday also, but Joran, nor the Kalpoes were accompanied by an attorney yesterday or today.

Have Joran's mother and/or father been heard from lately?

I think that someone, somewhere will be keeping an eye on Sloot and watching his every move when he gets out. Even if/when he leaves Aruba. I think an unfortunate accident will befall him.
To: the Deejay
Yep. All he has to do is keep claiming that he left her on the beach....SODDI
I guess the e-mails and text messages between Joran and Deepak were nothing incriminating. Or was it messages between Joran and his almost judge daddy?
To: spectre
I wish Beth would come back to the States, and go on Larry King, Fox, Oprah, Good morning America...etc., to tell her story. She has been on all of them you mentioned except Oprah. I know she doesn't want to leave her daughter in that hell hole. If they could find Natalee they would be gone immediately never to return.

Have Joran's mother and/or father been heard from lately? I do not believe that I have heard any word of them today.

- The judge is from Curacao.
- He will never accept any evidence as sufficient to convict them.
To: TexKat
I think the Fox reporter ruled today that from now on, he will have an attorney present.
To: the Deejay
Yep, the Aruban fix is in and Joran will go free in 60 days. The Happy Island, Murder's Row, is an evil corrupt place, and the Dutch justice system that works is a myth. The kid had a big smirk on his face while leaving. joran is a depraved monster.

This story is too hot right now. I believe that they kept Joran to try to wear down the family so that they might leave or at least the story will die down. Also to keep them from spilling whatever beans they have at this point. I feel like the plan is to let him go after 60 days - end of story.

Twitty must have great control...I would have spilled the beans already, unless doing so would endanger my daughter's life.
This is a strange case and as so many here are aware, reaches deep into Aruba.
To: the Deejay
The moment they arrested the black security guards, the jig was up, Joran is lawyered up as off the judged orders today, he will continue to say what is daddy told him to, "if there is no body, there is no crime".
Bastards.
Holloways should file a lawsuit, keep this government, prosecution, and police in court for years, and destroy there reputations.
Leave Aruba, and trash that country's authorities everyday for the rest of their lives.

I'm not 100% sure they still
have joran in jail.
It really doesn't look like him.
A double perhaps?
See my 1662 post.

Evil triumphs when liberals and criminals control the criminal justice industry. That is what you are seeing here. Aruban LE is not all evil or complicit, they are just outnumbered by those who are.

The security guards couldn't pan out,
and ruined everything for joran
and the kalpoe brothers.
To: the Deejay
If Jorans attorney appealls this decision than the proscution has to produce all the evidence they have....is that right?

Any screen shots of before today and today of Joran that we could compare/contrast? He did look much broader in the shoulders and chest than earlier imo....plus different hair and shades today.
