EAST GREENWICH, R.I./EWORLDWIRE/July 1, 2005 --- Rudy Croes, the Minister of Justice in Aruba, has every opportunity to question the Holloway investigation to assure that there is justice in Aruba even against the people that he did favors for and those he received favors from (the Dutch judicial officials).
Aruba is in a very difficult situation and this is not because of the American press, the Holloway case and most definitely not because of a web site by the name of "to hell with Aruba.com." Aruba is going through an extremely difficult period because of a nasty and corrupt government that owes favors to the different departments of the judicial system. The current government in Aruba, MEP has serious problems with the Dutch justice department yet they can not take a stand and voice their concerns due to the favors that they received over the years. The MEP government is maliciously leaking out information to the press about the Dutch police commissioner Jan van der Straten instead of confronting him or any other member of the justice department to ensure that there is no cover up in the investigation of the Holloway case.
The minister of justice, the political party MEP and the Dutch judges are portraying their partiality by bringing in a judge from a different Island to rule over the case yet the officials that are preparing the investigation are all friends and family of the suspect. How partial is this? Those who are preparing the investigation/case have access to all declarations, forensic reports, suspects and suspects family. Several reports by the international press have proven that the van der Sloot family is very close to the investigating team (The Dutch prosecutors office).
The habitual impartiality has been demonstrated in the past with several cases, one case in particular stands out. The case of Alexander Mathew against a Dutch government official, Ben Vocking whom now goes by the name of Ben King . In this particular case documents disappeared, forensic reports were over looked and witnesses were denied, these documents were in the favor of Alexander Mathew. Paul van der Sloot is a high ranking official in the judicial system and is close friends with Ben King, whom now works at the prosecution office. King was reportedly seen visiting Paul van der Sloot at his home when the Arubian police were performing a search of the van der Sloot residence. Mathew's entire case was tampered with. King said that his friend Paul van der Sloot helped him in the Mathew case. How many cases has and will Paul van der Sloot help cover up?
Mathew was isolated for two years and eight months to ensure that the truth would not surface. The Arubian press and the minister of justice, Rudy Croes played a large roll in the defamation of his character to justify his isolation. Now that the truth has surfaced, certain politicians and senators have raised concern that this corruption will repeat itself in the Holloway case and justice will not be served. The minister of justice Rudy Croes is attacking Alexander Mathew, the politicians and the senators in the local newspapers based upon lies. The minister of justice is even accusing Mathew of owning the website "to hell with Aruba. Com," this is a false accusation that is being supported by the Arubian newspaper "Bon Dia Aruba."
Mathew states that the government and the prosecution department is corrupt and is harming the Holloway family and the entire Arubian population. If the Holloway case had been investigated appropriately from the beginning it would have been resolved by now and Aruba would not still be suffering.
The Holloway family must be aware of the corruption that encompasses the Arubian government and judicial system so that they can obtain the appropriate international aid to assist in the search for the truth, justice and most importantly their daughter Natalie.
The government and prosecution officials should offer to take a lie detector test. Assure the world that there is no cover up in the Natalie Holloway case. Help clear Aruba's name.
I pray anyway, I have never stopped praying. Some missing children have been found after a year. I am a realist, and know the opposite could be true. The Jessica Lund story is still rivoting to me. But I prefer to focus on whatever positive I can, and for me that is hope that Natalee is alive somewhere. Just my way.
I try daily to out send good vibes out and not give strength to negativity and evil, or make judgements which are God's not mine.
I often fail, it is hard, but I try so hard not to let the evil, or my imagination overtake my ability to focus on what I can really do. That is to devote deep, serious prayer for people involved in traumatic situations. It is what I can offer best. JMHO

Like others frustrated with the island's legal system, Stillman felt she needed to help the Holloways. Her familiarity with the tropical Dutch protectorate - learned over three decades worth of annual trips - made her an ideal candidate to join the ongoing search effort.
So on Monday morning, the 45-year-old Westerly resident walked 25 minutes from her hotel in Palm Beach to the Holiday Inn where Natalee's mother Beth Holloway Twitty and her family were staying. In the hotel's lobby, Stillman found the 44-year old speech pathologist from suburban Birmingham and introduced herself.
"I just went up to her, introduced myself and asked if there was anything I could do to help," Stillman said in a phone interview Friday. "She's an incredibly strong, determined woman that is going to bring her daughter home. She just wants to bring closure for herself and the island."
Later that day, Stillman joined dozens of volunteers from the Texas EquuSearch Mount and Recovery Team, a non-profit, volunteer group that specializes in finding missing persons. The group has coordinated land search efforts across the 70 square-mile island in conjunction with Dutch Marines, officials from the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Aruban Red Cross and the island's civilian and tourist populations.
"These people on the team have had missing family members and have been through the same pain," Stillman said. "They all have a story. I was really impressed with them... If she's on the island, they're going to find her."
Formed in August of 2000 in memory of a murdered North Galveston County woman, EquuSearch is comprised of more than 250 members and is funded largely by contributions from local communities and through donations via the organization's Web site (www.texasequusearch.org).
Beginning their daily search at 6 a.m., Stillman said teams of volunteers scoured the 20-mile-long island with all-terrain vehicles and search dogs, but declined to divulge specific areas that were searched or what clues the teams were looking for.
"We'd go over areas that everyone else had already gone over," Stillman said. "The specific points, I just can't say. I just don't want to hurt anything with the case."
Following an arduous Wednesday, Stillman said she joined Holloway's family and EquuSearch members for an evening prayer service at the Alto Visto Chapel, a historic church overlooking the island's northern coast.
"It was very emotional for everyone," she said. "(The Holloways) have got such a strong support group of friends and family flying in and out just to be there."
In a recent press interview, Janssen said there is currently no evidence to suggest that Holloway is dead, but acknowledged that she could prosecute a case even if Holloway's body remains unfound. A government spokesman said Friday that the three men being held could face official charges as early as Monday.
Though some on the island believe Holloway may have been kidnapped and taken to another Caribbean island, Stillman said she does not believe the missing teen is still alive.
"My personal feeling is that she was drugged at the nightclub and taken somewhere," she said. "What happened after that, I don't know. She was last seen with Van Der Sloot, and my gut feeling is he knows what happened to her."
Stillman - who continues to follow Aruban news through evening broadcasts on the Fox News Channel - said the story did not garner front page coverage in English language newspapers found on the island - a stark contrast to the amount of airtime the story is receiving on American television.
"You'd see it on CNN, but other than that you didn't really hear about it there," Stillman said. "It wasn't front page news. You'd read about it on the second or third page. They do have their own newspapers in their own language, but I don't speak Dutch or (Papiamento)."
"I think it's a big case because the Aruban government's laws are different, and they do things differently than here," she added. "It's hard to get anywhere over there, everyone is so tight-lipped. That's why (Twitty) is having such a tough time. It's frustrating."
Stillman said she plans to go back to Aruba to vacation in August, but may return sooner if EquuSearch needs volunteers. In the meantime, Stillman said she wears a memento given to her by Twitty - a plastic, glow in the dark bracelet that reads "Faith, Hope and Prayer for Natalee."
"If they call me, I'll go back and help," she said.
I believe without polygraph tests this case is going to come to a sad conclusion.

I remember that Virginia disappearance. It amazed me how people just disappear.
My sister in law had a cousin disappear for 11 years. He was kind of a bad kid. Then some people in Mississippi razed a house or part of it,,he was in the chimney for all those years. Probably robbing the place. I hate to admit it but I laughed.
Trap is also a deejay. Those whacky arubans! Deejay and govt spokesman. It is comical.
If this case is not resolved Jug and Beth are going to "burn" Aruba with some very damning information.
I don't blame them.

Forgive me if this seems irrelevant, but I just went to the FBI's Kidnapped and Missing Persons Investigations site, and Natalee Holloway is not listed. Amy Bradley is, so it's not as if this list is devoted just to people missing within the U.S. Seems odd.
So any idea who this guy, Alexander Mathew, is? I can't find anything on him.
