Wow. Never did I think I would suggest the United States should emulate anything Iranian. But, you have to admit, it does have its merits!!!
Heck we just put the WOD threads in the Smoky Backroom.
Fair enough.
Now if they'd just stop whacking their teenage girls for getting raped...

Iran has the highest proportion of heroin addicts in the world and a growing Aids problem.

Where you can bookmark them and know what the new "conservatives" think.
well, it's a start. Do that here with rapists and murderers and that is a beginning! Ah, if only... bleeding heart liberals are too into enabling criminals rather than making it way too risky too engage in. Loosers.
When we start doing that here, the drug problem will disappear!

They look like cotton fields, but instead of dingy white balls, there are bright red flowers and bright white bulbs.
Drugs? In Iran? Right next to Afganistan? Must be American infiltrators. It's Bush's fault.
Tehran - Anti-drug squads have arrested some 1000 drug traffickers in a down-trodden Tehran neighborhood which was used as a center for distribution of 75 percent of narcotics in the capital and other Iran cities as well as a haven for thieves and criminals.
They also arrested some 50 drug lords and heads of the distribution networks in the Khak Sefid (white soil) district, said to be the largest drug distribution center in the country with some 500 houses.
Police have transferred those arrested to an unspecified camp while those found innocent of direct participation have been settled in two hotels in the capital.
City authorities have vowed to clean all slums and bunkers in the affected neighborhoods of drug pushers and turn them into parks.
The whole region is currently under police control and demolition of "houses of corruption" is going on in full swing.
This is also known as the "one strike" policy which is very effective in combatting recidivism.
