Police dragged away pro-Palestinian protestors for disrupting a Tuesday Senate hearing on the Biden administration’s national security supplemental funding request for $75 billion for Ukraine and Israel. The demonstration signals a growing undercurrent of antisemitic ideology within the Democrat Party after Israel launched defensive measures to counter Hamas terrorism on October 7. The protestors interrupted testifying Biden administration officials and presiding Democrat senators with disorderly conduct unbecoming of a Senate hearing. Many protestors held raised hands splattered in red hue for the television cameras to capture behind the witnesses.

Flock Safety’s business motto is: “To solve crime, you need evidence.” The Atlanta-based “all-in-one” security technology company boasts major police departments as clients for its license plate-reading camera technology. On Tuesday, Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr alleged in a 109-page domestic terror and felony RICO indictment that one of the 61 suspects used his employment at the security company to provide sensitive security information to his violent co-conspirators. “On June 6, 2022, WILLIAM BUDDEN WARREN, while employed with Flock, did provide locations of future Flock camera installations so that Defend the Atlanta Forest members could avoid detection,” reads the indictment....

"We must firmly resist this racist, anti-communist witch hunt and remain committed to building an international peace movement," said Code Pink and ANSWER Coalition. On Monday, anti-war organizations across the United States issued an open letter to reject a trend that targets China and to call on people to reject what they call the "new McCarthyism." "From The New York Times to Fox News, there's a resurgence of the Red Scare that once shattered many lives and threatened movements for change and social justice," said the letter titled "McCarthyism is back: Together we can stop it." It warned the new...

A national defense analyst says NATO and the West need to pay attention to Russia’s repeated warnings about using nuclear weapons, this time from a notable academic who concludes Russia must consider nukes to stop NATO expansion and to “save humanity” from the West. “Russia and its leadership seem to be facing a difficult choice,” begins the academic paper by Sergei Karaganov. “It becomes increasingly clear that a clash with the West cannot end even if we win a partial or even a crushing victory in Ukraine.” That frightening document, which published in late June, goes on for another 2,900...

Haaretz reported about the clashes in Jenin yesterday, and fully accepted the idea that unseen snipers shooting towards the journalists were Israeli and not Palestinian. .. What is certain is that trained, professional soldiers do not fire wildly and randomly. They might mistake a target but they fire at targets. The random fire described in the Haaretz article is far more likely from Jenin terrorists, whom we know will fire without even looking at their target.

Syrian archaeologist Khaled al-Asaad was beheaded by the Islamic State on this date in 2015 for refusing them the ancient artifacts of his native Palmyra. On October 11, a number of students gathered outside the George Washington University’s Jewish student center in protest of a routine event held by the student group GW for Israel. The event, focused on Israeli innovation and start-ups, was not expected to elicit controversy, let alone national media attention. The protest featured the typical (and falsely predicated) slogans often chanted by anti-Israel groups: “war criminals,” “ethnic-cleansers,” and “child murderers.” But the protesters also engaged in a chant that had not previously been heard on the George Washington University campus: “There is only one solution, Intifada revolution!” The word “Intifada” refers...

It’s poised to be a long two years for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Fresh off a nearly 20-point re-election win, and not yet having even announced his intention to run for president in 2024, DeSantis has become media enemy No. 1. Take the case of Rebekah Jones, a pretend whistleblower who alleged with zero evidence that Florida was hiding its true COVID death rate. This week, in a deal with prosecutors, she admitted illegally accessing a state computer. She’d been a media darling because of her attacks on DeSantis. On her website, Jones helpfully compiled a list of credulous media...

The UN General Assembly this week passed a resolution to characterize the founding of the modern state of Israel in 1948 as a “catastrophe,” in what has been heralded as a major victory for pro-Palestinian activists. The word “Nakba,” which means catastrophe or disaster in Arabic, was also a term coined by the Palestinians to commemorate the Jewish state’s founding. The UN resolution acknowledges the Palestinian version of the events that led to Israel’s creation, and calls for the “commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Nakba,” with a “high-level event” at the global body on May 15th, 2023. May...
