Saw somewhere that 10 of 11 FISA judges (appointed to the FISA court by Chief Justice Roberts) were Obama appointees. It's been a long time since I've done statistics but it seems like the odds of this occurring are 11/2048 or (0.005371094). (Calculation assumes that the number of current judges from which Roberts could have chosen is about 50/50 Republican appointed vs. Democrat appointed)

I have a couple of questions about what isn't in the Memo: 1) The FISA warrant was approved/renewed FOUR different times. Was the same "evidence" brought up in the renewals that was in the original approval or was other info added as time went on?
