I have a couple of questions about what isn't in the Memo:
1) The FISA warrant was approved/renewed FOUR different times. Was the same "evidence" brought up in the renewals that was in the original approval or was other info added as time went on? Rep Rafliffe(sp?) was on Fox this morning saying he saw the applications for all four and loosely implied the dossier was the key for all Four. If the Dossier was the main factor in all FOUR then why didn't Memo make that clear. The media is spinning "there was to be more" since it was approved many times....
2) I have seen some media reports that a FISA warrant was DENIED for Page..if this is true then why wasn't that also included in the Memo? And When was it denied? The media is spinning that Page was on the radar for years back to 2013..but if a FISA warrant was DENIED between then and the Dossier info why wasn't that pointed out in the Memo?
The answer to your first question is YES.
Much more information from Trey Gowdy here, from this morning.

OK thanks for the info..he says the Dossier info was in all FOUR of them but doesn’t say if more info was added as time when on
to my 2nd question maybe it wasn’t against page but Trump related..
On January 11, 2017, The Guardian reported[47] that the FBI initially applied for a FISA warrant in June 2016, requesting to monitor four members of the Trump team suspected of irregular contacts with Russian officials. This initial request was denied. A source told The Guardian that the FBI then submitted a more narrowly focused request in October, but that has not been confirmed, and it is not clear whether any warrant led to a full investigation. The Guardian article was not cited by the White House in connection with Trumps wiretapping claim.[8]

My question is why didnt Loretta Lynch sign any of the four FISA warrants?
who can sign off on them?
Look into the differences between Title I and Title VII FISA warrants.
Carter Page was most likely caught up in incidental collection from 2013 onward.
The dossier was needed to gat a Title I warrant, naming him a Foreign Agent, allowing for further surveillance of any of his contacts.
According to the Memo, FISA Warrants require signatures from DOJ and FBI. Coney signed three, Lynch none. They were agency heads.
The dossier was released to the FBI in bits and pieces, wasn't it? Also, the memo stated that the Ohrs continued to furnish the FBI with Fusion disinfo after Steel was fired. That info probably was added to the "investigation".
I think this Glenn Simpson guy is a super villain of political dirty tricks. Don't you think he also tried to setup the Trumps up with the Trump Tower Russian lawyer meeting?
Last thing, who did the FISA warrant for Carter Page let them spy on? Was it everyone he ever contacted or contacted him?

Nunes has said the State Department was involved in all of this...and that stuff may come out later
A Title 1 warrant allowed the FBI, etc. to spy on everyone that came in contact with Page. That means the whole Trump campaign and their contacts. It is meant to roll up a spy/terrorist network.
They used a bit player to spy on everything Trump and his team did leading up to the election, during the transition and after he became President.
per my question #1 wow watch hannity tonight (2-6-18)
its even worse then I thought....
