Omarosa Manigault is no longer at the Trump White House, but she was apparently a trainwreck, she secretly recorded conversations, including in the Situation Room, and has accused President Trump of being mental diminished because of this soda habit. In truth, liberals would eat this up. I’m sure a few are, but the source is Omarosa. That’s the issue. Even liberal outlets, like Slate, along with a host of media figures unfriendly to the president have torched Omarosa’s credibility. Yet, here we are with the racism stuff again. Omarosa has accused Trump of being racistand apparently there’s an infamous tape,...

"He would say racially insensitive things that made me uncomfortable," Jillette said. "I don't think he ever said anything in that room like 'African-Americans are inferior' or anything about rape or grabbing women, but of those two hours every other day in a room with him, every 10 minutes was fingernails on chalkboard."

Penn Jillette is claiming that President Donald Trump made “racially insensitive” remarks during his time on Celebrity Apprentice, which were captured on tapes that still exist. Jillette, a professional magician who appeared on season 12 of the NBC reality series, confirmed to Vulture in a new interview that series creator Mark Burnett has tapes of Trump making the controversial statements. Burnett did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. Trump “would say racially insensitive things that made me uncomfortable. I don’t think he ever said anything in that room like ‘African-Americans are inferior’ or anything about rape or grabbing women,...

Comedian and magician Penn Jillette said in a new interview that he heard President Trump "say racially insensitive things that made [him] uncomfortable" during tapings of "Celebrity Apprentice" as new claims from ex-White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman, a former contestant on "The Apprentice," make headlines. Jillette, who was a contestant on the show in 2013, told Vulture in an interview published Tuesday that Trump would "ramble" during tapings of his former reality TV show... Jillette told Vulture that he “can emotionally tell you things that happened racially, sexually, and that showed stupidity and lack of compassion when I was...

As was revealed in a breathtaking New York Times opinion piece today, many of Barack Obama's top advisers feel alienated from him. There is a sense within the White House that President Obama's theory of government is that "he is the government". Apparently, President Obama has personalized the presidency to such an extent that it is now seen as more about the man than about the position. Certainly that is not how the American Founding Fathers viewed the presidency. The author of this article, David Rothkopf, characterizes the president as a poor manager who is also aloof and a poor...

Did Penn & Teller Set a World Record for Most Falsehoods in One Show? Bill Donahue, president of the Catholic League, has said, "Penn & Teller's Nazi-like assault on Catholicism that took place on August 27 will go down in history as one of the most vile, obscene programs ever aired in any nation." However, will the show also go down in history for airing the most number of lies, falsehoods, and misleading statements in a single half-hour show? Not counting credits, the guilty episode runs less than 26 minutes. Here's a lie-by-lie list of the falsehoods that Penn Jillette...

What do you get when a magician buys an A-frame house in the desert? A sprawling, brightly colored compound that looks like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. It has hidden rooms, fire poles, and a place where visitors must sign in and have their mugshot taken. The Slammer is the creation of Penn Jillette. It sits on 10 acres of land in the Las Vegas desert. The residence started out as an A-frame house and grew as the magician, one half of the act Penn and Teller, added on. It has covered parking, a recording studio, a home...

I don't know if Penn Jillette actually said this, but it's very well said and echoes conversations I've had with others on the topic that drew the very same conclusion. To me coerced giving through confiscatory means isn't just immoral, it actually degrades society because real compassion begins to atrophy..."why should I care about my neighbor when the government pays a nameless, faceless bureaucrat to do it for me."

As two dramas about the conflict vie for attention at TIFF, normally outspoken actors and ï¬lmmakers on hand for the fest remain conspicuously mum on the subject. The conflict in Syria and the increasing likelihood of Western involvement is occupying hearts and minds at this yearÂ’s festival. Still, when it comes to Hollywood voices publicly weighing in on the debate over U.S. intervention in the territory, the silence has been deafening. A number of high-profile Hollywood names on hand for the festival, whoÂ’ve been outspoken in the past on U.S. military intervention, have been uncharacteristically quiet on the issue. THR...

Let’s get one thing straight. In this battle over same-sex ‘marriage’ it often sounds like those pushing the dismantling of traditional marriage have the upper hand in terms of love. ‘You are opposed to love!’; ‘How does the love between me and my partner affect you in your marriage?’; ‘Why can’t I be allowed to love whomever I choose?’ These are the tough arguments from ‘love’ facing those who are fighting to protect marriage from radical redefinition. In truth, however, love is the principle reason to fight same-sex ‘marriage.’ You see, law is a teacher and enshrining same-sex ‘marriage’ in...

Because I wrote a book with "Atheist" in the subtitle and I go on political TV shows to hawk that book, well-groomed meat puppets frequently ask me why politicians like Michele Bachmann and Rick Perry are saying bugnutty Christian stuff. I have an idea why these politicians have gone all religious, but I haven't found a way to explain it in a sound bite, which is why I'm writing this. I think the whole problem comes down to the word "Christian" and what it has come to mean in my lifetime. Christian used to be a throwaway word. People didn't...

It’s always a sad day when someone you admire tremendously, who has entertained and challenged you for years lets you down and reveals themselves to really stand up only for themselves instead of the ideas of freedom they claim to support. Reason Magazine highlights some deeply discouraging remarks from Penn Jillette, the libertarian co-host of the extraordinarily great Showtime show “Penn and Teller’s Bullsh*t”: Are there any groups you won’t go after? We haven’t tackled Scientology because Showtime doesn’t want us to. Maybe they have deals with individual Scientologists—I’m not sure. And we haven’t tackled Islam because we have families.

Are there any groups you won't go after? We haven't tackled Scientology because Showtime doesn't want us to. Maybe they have deals with individual Scientologists—I'm not sure. And we haven't tackled Islam because we have families. Meaning, you won’t attack Islam because you’re afraid it’ll attack back ...Right, and I think the worst thing you can say about a group in a free society is that you’re afraid to talk about it—I can’t think of anything more horrific.
