Voter fraud probably gave Mr. Obama the victory in 2012. It may well prove to be crucial in deciding the tight race to capture the Senate in 2014. In the last 18 months, hedge fund billionaire and global warming activist Tom Steyer has spent over $42 million of his personal fortune backing national candidates who share his views about climate change and opposing those who don't. So far, it doesn't appear to be working out very well for him. USA Today reports that Steyer has spent $4.7 million fighting Rep. Cory Gardner, R-Utah, in his drive to unseat Sen. Mark Udall, D-Utah. However, Gardner has a four-point lead in polls, according to CNN.

They took to the streets in downtown St. Louis on Saturday, coming by the thousands to march in protest. And what was the festering grievance that cohered these marchers, the noble cause that brought them from every corner of the country to the Gateway City? Was it the new war in Iraq? Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell may be one of the most unpopular politicians in the state, but he is probably going to win another term thanks to President Obama.
