An ex-convict wanted in Tennessee for the murder of a Memphis police officer turned himself in to the authorities on Monday, law enforcement officials said. Tremaine Wilbourn, 29, was taken into custody after surrendering to the United States Marshals Office, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said.
