Lynch is not recusing herself, she is not deferring to the prosecutors, AND Hillary will NOT be indicted as Loretta Lynch and Obama are supporting Hillary's run for POTUS. Prosecutors look at cases all the time. As she stated, AG Lynch will accept LE/FBI determinations yet not indict Hillary because the first witness will be the President of the US.

The chairmen of the House and Senate Armed Services Committees say they want answers from the Obama administration on its new transgenders-in-the-military policy. Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Texas), the chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, is questioning whether transgender troops will meet military readiness requirements. And Sen. John McCain, his Senate counterpart, is promising hearings on the matter. “It’s very hard for me right now to make a judgment,” McCain told Fox News on Thursday. “I will be calling up the chiefs of the services, those men in uniform who are the heads of the military, and asking their views,...

Stacey Dash Calls Jesse Williams a ‘Hollywood Plantation Slave,’ Says His Powerful BET Speech Was an ‘Attack on White People’ Stacey Dash is definitely not impressed with Jesse Williams’ headline-making speech on racism and inequality at the BET Awards on Sunday. In a blog post on Wednesday, the 49-year-old always outspoken actress bashed Williams’ speech, calling the entire BET network racist. “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: BET is keeping racism and segregation alive and this past Sunday’s awards show proves it,” Dash writes. “Particularly the speech given by Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams, whose tirade after...

Pope Benedict has revealed a 'gay lobby' in the Vatican tried to influence decisions during his papacy - but that no-one pressured him to resign. His memoirs, called 'The Last Conversations', are due out in September and are the first time in history that a former pope judges his own pontificate after it is over. Citing health reasons, the 89-year-old became the first pope in six centuries to resign when he stepped down in 2013.

Green Wars: It takes a lot of gall to accuse people of being anti-science dunderheads while ignoring science yourself. Yet that's precisely what Greenpeace is doing when it comes to the safety of "genetically modified" foods. More than 100 Nobel Prize winners in physics, chemistry, medicine and other sciences this week signed a blistering letter attacking Greenpeace's "fact-challenged propaganda campaign against innovations in agricultural biotechnology." "Greenpeace and their allies have claimed falsely that GMOS are dangerous, untested and inadequately regulated," the letter states. "But the science telling us GM crops and foods are safe has been confirmed by vast experience."...

The knives are out to sabotage Donald Trump’s nomination, defying the wishes of the record number of Republican primary voters who chose him. Pols who backed losing candidate Ted Cruz are mounting a sour-grapes campaign to rig the Republican National Convention rules. Their goal is to deny Trump the nomination. Meanwhile, in Virginia, a state where Trump came in first in the primary, a lawsuit filed Friday by an anti-Trump pol claims he and fellow delegates should be free to ignore the voters and follow their own “conscience” when they choose a nominee at the Convention. Be prepared for more...

IN the summer of 1916, a young Oxford academic embarked for France as a second lieutenant in the British Expeditionary Force. The Great War, as World War I was known, was only half-done, but already its industrial carnage had no parallel in European history. “Junior officers were being killed off, a dozen a minute,” recalled J. R. R. Tolkien. “Parting from my wife,” he wrote, doubting that he would survive the trenches, “was like a death.”

The Obama Foundation has selected renowned husband-and-wife architects Tod Williams and Billie Tsien to design the $500 million Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. COMMENT: Can you believe these fools said the following: "It is a joy, an honor, and a responsibility to create a place that reflects the optimism and integrity of the President and the First Lady." COMMENT: It looks like that will be an impossible challenge. The two grifters in the white house have ZERO integrity.

The Swiss government recently rejected citizenship for two Muslim immigrant girls who refused to swim with boys in a coed class at school, USA Today said Tuesday, citing reports from Swiss media outlets. “The girls, whose names were not disclosed, said their religion prevents them from participating in compulsory swimming lessons with males in the pool at the same time,” USA Today reported. “Their naturalization application was rejected because the sisters did not comply with the school curriculum, Basel authorities said.” “In Switzerland, unlike in the United States and many other countries, integration into society is more important for naturalization...

Yesterday’s mystery meeting on the tarmac between former President Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch has now been clarified. Obviously, it wasn’t a social visit as Lynch publicly claimed, but an arrangement clarifying how the powerful Clinton dynasty would be kept above the law in the face of heated publicly scrutiny as Hillary Clinton seeks the presidency. Instead, the Justice Department filed a motion that would keep from release thousands of emails potentially exposing conflicts of interest on the part of the Clinton Foundation and overlapping state department officials, such as Hillary’s chief of staff Huma Abedin.

Team Clinton is said to have known it could be an issue for Hillary’s campaign months before she announced. Another sex scandal involving former President Bill Clinton, though this time, whispers were of an appetite for young, perhaps even underage, girls – something even (some) Clinton-supporting voters would be unable to forgive. What to do, what to do…

It would probably be easier for me to list the times that President Obama did not condescend to the American people, but I’ll leave that task for later. In the latest installment of Obama looking down his nose at average Americans, the President decided to designate the Stonewall Inn (a homosexual bar) in New York City as a National Monument before explaining to traditional marriage supporters why they were bigoted curmudgeons.

Given the reports of everyone and their mother hacking the wide open Hillary Clinton Servers I found this headline via Memeorandum really funny: AIDE SAID CLINTON DIDN’T WANT EMAILS ACCESSIBLE TO ‘ANYBODY’ And apart from all of America’s enemies they haven’t been seen. It’s also worth noting that the title of the AP story has been changed to include the word “private AIDE: CLINTON OPPOSED PRIVATE EMAILS ACCESSIBLE TO ‘ANYBODY’ Speaking of things that the Clintons don’t want public: Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former president Bill Clinton on a private plane parked on the tarmac of Phoenix’s...

When the Senate confirmed Clarence Thomas to the Supreme Court in the fall of 1991, he was still new to the flowing black robes that cloak federal magistrates. A rookie justice on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Thomas had served as a judge only since March 1990. Still raw from a bruising, 107-day confirmation process that wrapped up at the end of October 1991, Thomas had only a few weeks to prepare to hear cases that November. “The easiest thing in the world under the circumstances would just be to go along to get along. He...
