Lynch is not recusing herself, she is not deferring to the prosecutors, AND Hillary will NOT be indicted as Loretta Lynch and Obama are supporting Hillary's run for POTUS.
Prosecutors look at cases all the time. As she stated, AG Lynch will accept LE/FBI determinations yet not indict Hillary because the first witness will be the President of the US.

This is really funny. Two government paid and funded politicians taxi their executive jets to hold a kiddie chat while bringing the air traffic system to a crawl. Talk about arrogant fat cat corruption!

There will be no indictment. She and Clinton will use the FBI and the “career” prosecutors as cover.
A phone call or text message between the two would have saved a few million dollars of taxpayer money instead of two corporate executive jets parallel parking for a chat.

Was the Lynch/Bubba meeting just a high stakes game of chicken between the Obama and Clinton factions? Both want control of the Democratic Party. They can’t coexist as partners with equal power. There’s more to this than what we are speculating here. We want to know who blinked first.

Lynch is NEITHER recusing herself, NOR is she deferring to the prosecutors. Yes, she will accept their presentation of a potential case yet reject their recommendations and simply determine there isn't sufficient evidence to prosecute. And that will be that.

This is nothing more than damage control and political posturing. Watch what happens when the rubber meets the road.
There WAS no recusal. AG Lynch will take the findings of the FBI “under advisement”, but then will exercise “prosecutorial discretion”, essentially killing any indictment.
The case in point gets a little stickier, though, in regards the the Clinton Family Global Initiative, which was collecting donations and fees from all over the world while Herself was acting in the capacity of Secretary of State.
Of course there was no quid pro quo. < /sarcasm >
