Big News, via the New York Times: “Lynch to Accept Guidance of F.B.I. in Clinton Email Inquiry”.... Just one problem: It’s not true. Here’s Bloomberg’s Mark Halperin, citing a senior DOJ official: Attorney General Lynch reserves the right to overrule the recommendation of career prosecutors and the FBI in the Hillary Clinton email probe. This official says the probability she would overrule is “very, very low,” but it is not zero. In other words, Lynch is not “recusing herself,” as has been rumored, and she is not committing herself to the FBI’s recommendation. Despite the “furor,” nothing has changed. And,...

7 Friday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Bloomberg Politics Mark Halperin cited a “senior Justice Department official” who said Attorney General Loretta Lynch will not recuse herself from the investigation into presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton use of a private email while secretary of state. Critics have called on Lynch to do so after holding a private meeting with her husband former President Bill Clinton earlier this week. Halperin also said the source does not anticipate Lynch will admit the meeting was a mistake. “This is a senior Justice Department official who is playing down that this is anything new,”...

US Attorney General Loretta Lynch has recused herself from deciding whether Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will be charged in the classified email investigation, following outrage over the AG's private Monday meeting with Bill Clinton, the justice department announced Friday morning. The announcement comes in the wake of accusations that the Obama appointee has a conflict of interest in the case, after she met with the former president on her government plane while on the tarmac of Phoenix, Arizona's Sky Harbor Airport on Monday. Lynch will discuss the decision during an interview on Friday morning at the Aspen Ideas Festival,...

Lynch is not recusing herself, she is not deferring to the prosecutors, AND Hillary will NOT be indicted as Loretta Lynch and Obama are supporting Hillary's run for POTUS. Prosecutors look at cases all the time. As she stated, AG Lynch will accept LE/FBI determinations yet not indict Hillary because the first witness will be the President of the US.
