At least 20 Trump supporters may have been attacked covertly by chemicals or a high-power laser at a Trump rally in Tucson on September 12. Some victims suffered severe burns. Many were temporarily blinded, with symptoms lasting until today. Others may have been affected but have yet to be identified. The fact that all those known to have been affected were sitting on the stage immediately adjacent to President Trump is important in understanding the significance of what happened. The victims were all part of a “Latinos for Trump” group on the stage. President Trump shook hands with them as...

Haitians don't stop being Haitians just because they've entered the American border. And hating #Trump like joyboy Buttigieg (aka Butt boy) does, just won't change the facts. They're eating the dogs and cats.

CNN — In some corners of society, there appears to be a shift in the way people talk about kids. Every so often, a provocative social media post sets off predictably polarizing discourse about the presence of children in daily life. There was the woman who snarkily suggested that toddlers should be leashed. There was the guy who proudly posed outside of an establishment that declared itself “dog friendly” and “child free,” and the person who defended him by proclaiming that it was “fine and normal to dislike children.” In certain online communities, people sometimes express these attitudes even more...

All three people who watch The View were completely unaffected by the talk show's recent decision to replace their entire cast with shrieking feral pigs. According to Matylda Männer, an unemployed 45-year-old Kamala voter and antique hoarder, the show swapped out Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, and the rest of the cast for a newborn brood of clamoring pigs, but it hasn't actually changed anything about the show. "I plopped down to hear some wisdom from Whoopi Goldberg," Männer said. "And then I realized — there was no Whoopi Goldberg. So I watched the show through anyway....

Two families broke out into a brawl at a Florida IHOP after a woman allegedly attacked a teenage girl for talking badly about her four children, a shocking video shows. The fight took place on Monday night in North Miami Beach when Precious Williams, 34, accused a 14-year-old girl who was in the restaurant with her family of saying something about her children, who range in age from three to eight, the Daily Mail reported. Footage that NBC 6 South Florida obtained shows the presumed mother of the teen denying the allegations as Williams becomes more accusatory and aggressive: “My...

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — This city is besieged by a lie. Mayor Rob Rue could not meet with me at his office because of a series of anonymous bomb threats that shut down schools, hospitals and the municipal center. One morning this week, I watched as eight police cars sped up to City Hall and officers rushed inside, investigating the latest threat; it turned out to be a false alarm, like all the others. So far.Amid a crisis that is fundamentally about Springfield’s racial and cultural diversity, an annual celebration of that diversity called CultureFest set for later this month had...

An elderly pedophile was found dead in his cell inside a California prison with his cellmate now under investigation for his murder. New polling from Gallup suggests that Vice President and Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris is fighting a losing battle with independent voters. According to the new survey of 1,007 American adults conducted between September 3 and 15, both Harris and Republican nominee Donald Trump’s favorability ratings are underwater. Forty-six percent of respondents view Trump favorably, and 53% view him unfavorably. Harris is viewed favorably by 44% and unfavorably by 54%. (snip) But while both candidates are underwater with independents, Harris is struggling much more so than Trump. Forty-four percent view Trump favorably, and 53% view him unfavorably, so the former...

She is accused of hiring another person to burn down Lupita’s Mexican Restaurant in Kennett. A motion to revoke her bond was filed on Thursday after the new charges were filed. She was charged on Wednesday in Dunklin County...

New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr has been fined for his Week 2 touchdown celebration that imitated Michael Jackson, a source told ESPN. Carr snuck the ball in from the 1-yard line for a touchdown in the third quarter of the Saints' 44-19 win against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. He then did a dance move made famous by Jackson that involved grabbing at his crotch. While the NFL relaxed some touchdown celebration rules in 2017, the current rulebook states a player can be flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct for "an act that is sexually suggestive or offensive." While the Week...

Gayle King thought someone was pulling a fast one on her when she got the call to be a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star. The “CBS Mornings” co-host told People Tuesday that she was “really happy” but skeptical after hearing the offer. “Talk about stepping outside of your box,” she told the outlet. “Honest to God, when they called me, I thought I was being punked. I did. I thought I was being punked.” King made her debut in the SI Swimsuit 2024 issue in March, wearing several different sizzling one-pieces for the fun shoot.
