I’m in Tallahassee too...where in the world did you vote? That experience did not happen to me at all. I was at a church.

I’m in Tallahassee...yes, unfortunately way too many Hillary signs around here. HOWEVER, I went to the Trump rally here a couple weeks ago and was astonished. At least 10,000 local people there with thousands more turned away. I sat in traffic almost 2 hours to drive 3 miles from my house to the venue. Tons of college-age students. Tons of women and families. The enthusiasm and excitement was amazing. Leon will go blue anyway just due to the demographics here, but the rally will always stick in my mind.

Why are people allowed to walk the streets and “protest” with their faces completely covered? This is at the very least a safety issue.

I have to agree; I think 9/11 this year may just be the perfect target for terrorists. It’s been 13 years...”unlucky 13” is what I keep thinking of. Since terrorists seem to be into numeric meanings.

Obama should make a public address to the nation tonight acknowledging that something (doesn’t need to give away details) is going to happen to ISIS - with a sense of urgency and purpose. But it’s been crickets chirping.

Can you even imagine being a family member of one of these beheaded journalists - or one being held hostage? I’d be losing my mind.

I noticed she was visibly shaken. I can only imagine how awful it is to have to watch a video like that - and then jump on national TV. I am curious what exactly she meant when she said “I want to emphasize that Sotloff was clearly UNDER DURESS when saying the anti-US message” - she repeated this a few times and wanted to get that out there. How horrifying...I just can’t even wrap my mind around what these men were going through. I also wonder if there are any women held captive, and if ISIS would behead them as well? Horrifying.

I wish the media would stop acting like she is June Cleaver and Trayvon was just a small child innocently tiptoeing through the tulips. There is much to the story that is always conveniently left out. Such as why he was even at his father’s girlfriend’s house (his mother sent him there after he was suspended from school). That he had pot in his system when he died. That he appeared high and swaying back and forth on the convenience store tape.

She has also been awarded a $1 million payout from the neighborhood association, if I remember correctly. I am truly sorry her son died, but it seems to me that continuing to push false narratives and stoking the flames of racial tension is not a way to ‘honor’ his memory.

I am currently pregnant with baby #3, actually at 20 weeks. I had an ultrasound last week and the baby is fully formed, heart beating, moving around, organs intact. We saw his brain, his stomach, his heart. I cannot think of a single reason why someone would abort at 20 weeks of after. I cannot imagine any medical personnel providing this option, knowing the state of the baby at that point. There has to be something very wrong with the mother/doctor if aborting at 20 weeks seems okay to them.

One of my favorite shows...each episode has me laughing out loud. “Doug and Carrie” were a great comic couple; and Jerry Stiller and cast were hilarious. Always found it odd that she was part of Scientology. Really didn’t seem to fit with her personality.

Our local news last night showed a gathering nearby of a mostly African-American crowd featuring some of Trayvon’s relatives. They had gathered to ask people not to riot but to gather at churches and other ‘designated places’ to voice their disapproval if the ‘verdict doesn’t go our way,’ a woman said.

Al Sharpton has been hanging around here lately fanning the flames of all kinds. He was the commencement speaker at FAMU in May. He has been leading various protests.

I also wish the black community would recognize that Jess/Al are USING them for their own monetary gain.

I can only wonder what these ‘doctors’ tell themselves, how they justify what they do, how they look at themselves in the mirror. My only thought is that they will have to answer to Someone one day — and it won’t be pleasant.

I have a dear friend who delivered twins yesterday at 33 weeks - 4 and 5 lbs. Each fully formed and full of life. My daughter was 6 lbs. I cannot let my mind go to where this horror is. It’s too awful and sad. You just have to wonder about the mindset of these ‘patients’ and ‘doctors.’

We live near this, it has been on the local news a lot. I cannot even imagine what these parents are going through. As a mom, I would be going nuts at this point.

Another case of a crazy, mentally-unstable, disturbed maniac who goes about as he pleases. Nothing can be done. People just ignore it or toss it aside as ‘strange’ or don’t know what else to do. And then they kill and cause chaos. I’m tired of hearing about these people...something needs to be done to ensure safety of the general public from these loons.

Totally agree. Look at the mass shootings this year, namely the movie theater in July and the mall in Oregon this week. Young, early 20s, white male, seemingly ‘educated’ and having some type of family connection (not homeless/no one knew who they were).

I am in my 30s and see a huge difference between people my age and those in their early 20s. The Internet is probably the biggest change...bizarre, troubled, even criminal, behavior finds a home there. There seems to be a disconnect between human interaction and fantasy world.

I’m sickened by all the events that have been withheld from the American people ‘until after the election.’ This is fraud.

Iran fires on a US drone on Nov. 1 - but we just found out this week - after the election.
Libya hearings - after the election.
CIA Director resigns - after the election.

If Petraeus resigned even last week, Romney would have won. And Obama knows this.

Because you pretty much CAN’T be fired, no matter how awful you are. One cry of ‘discrimination!’ or ‘racism!’ and you are promoted. I’ve been around it and have some stories. It’s nuts.

The postal workers here are some of the most sullen, unhelpful, rude people I have ever come across. It doesn’t matter if the line is 50 people deep; if it is time for their 19th ‘break’ of the day, they’re going to take it and leave the line standing there. No ‘please’ or ‘thanks’ or ‘have a nice day.’ I do everything I can to avoid going there.

Totally agree. He conceded so quickly. Have all the military and absentee ballots been counted? I’d challenge Florida all by itself. Sitting in traffic in very blue Leon County today, I counted 7 Romney stickers just where I was sitting. Nothing about this makes sense.

This just makes me more depressed. And more bewildered - a campaign does not make these type of plans without genuinely trusting in a win. What the heck happened?

I just can’t believe the results. And how quickly everyone just goes along with them. Have all military votes been counted? All absentee votes been counted? Obama lost 10 million votes from 2008. Numbers don’t add up in my mind. Even here in my blue county, all I hear everywhere is disbelief and confusion about how in the world Obama won.

She does express particular disgust for users, losers, entitlement scum and cheats. It is quite amusing at times. But I have seen her on other shows expressing her support for gay marriage, etc.

He had zero evidence that she stole anything. Both were total losers. As baby mama was exiting, she lamented his ‘convicted drug dealer’ status and said, “but I still love him!” Gag!

I was watching Judge Judy on Monday evening, and the ‘plaintiff’ was a convicted drug dealer from Ohio living in subsidized housing for $2/month. HIS RENT WAS $2! He had been receiving unemployment checks for over a year. His multiple kids were on Medicaid. He admitted not marrying his baby mama b/c then he would receive less gov’t money.

He was suing baby mama for ‘stealing’ $4,000 worth of his electronics. A 3D TV, XBox, all kinds of stuff.

Judge Judy went ballistic and asked him WHY and how he had this type of money to spend on toys when his kids were on Medicaid. As a taxpayer, she was outraged. His answer was ‘why would I not?’

She dismissed his case. The whole case was the epitome of the classic Obama voter.
