Judge Brett Kavanaugh & Professor Christine Blasey Ford Testify
The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
Mitchell is questioning her in between the 5 minute blocks that the committee critters have to grandstand
Face the facts!
Facts don’t care about ‘you growing a pair’....this is a public opinion hearing.... and THUS FAR we are loosing badly.
Here are those hard hitting detailed questions...wow, must have been a very exhaustive test...
Following Ford’s interview she was given a polygraph examination with the following two questions:
Is any part of your statement false?
Did you make up any part of your statement?
Ford answered “no” to both questions. “Blasey’s responses to the above relevant questions are not indicative of deception,” the report read. Two more analyses of Ford’s responses also suggested she had been truthful.
Why did she not just run down the stairs instead of locking herself upstairs in the bathroom until her alleged attackers had gone downstairs? That makes no sense at all.
Also, was there a bathroom downstairs? Why did she use an upstairs bathroom?
I turned on Rush while one of the RATS was speaking. He described this as a “bore” and then started sounding like one of the “sky is falling” types who are posting on this thread. I turned him off.
A college prof doesn’t know how to write a letter to the president but little elementary school kids know how.
If this prosecutor doesn’t ask about Fraud scrubbing all her social media I will scream.

Yes, because:
This is NOT about “breaking” Ford
This is NOT about determining what is the Truth & what is a lie (although folks may see what they believe are lies)
This is NOT about changing anyone’s minds ... the Dems are a “no” vote regardless of the outcome of the hearings - even if Ford was proved to lie about every single one of her accusations. Kavanaugh is a Trump/Republican nominee which is an automatic “NO” vote from Dems and nothing is going to change that.
This IS about giving Ford a committee hearing so Repub Senators who require this before they can be convinced to vote for Kavanaugh can be thrown a bone.
This IS about getting through the hearing without photo ops (i.e. ‘ammunition’ for the Left) of old, white, Republican men making Ford uncomfortable, upset, cry, and on and on. As much as I hate it, “optics” are important.
This IS ridiculous. For any future nominations, the Republicans need to go nuclear and not have hearings - they ARE NOT a requirement. If the Repubs haven’t figured it out by now, this is take-no-prisoners WAR declared by the Democr@ps and they had better get themselves on a war footing pronto, confirm Kavanaugh & break out their brass knuckles for use every time the Dems pull stunts like this, or, as Scott Adams said (language warning) the Republcans are “f—king dead”.

I read that as “she’s a frequent liar.”

The cover can go the other way with a one-sided hearing from a witness who is an expert in memory loss and psychological trauma from events in the past.
Also, there are enough people who will buy the vagueness of this “expert's” story who were on the fence increasing public pressure.
Yes. I think the prosecutor is being pleasant (not hostile) but doing a good job.
I mean the woman has a PhD and said she didn’t know HOW to contact her senator or the POTUS? UM NO
