On the third comment.

I only paid 2.6K in taxes and my return was five pages long.

Oh yea, his return must have been bigly long

I heard on Fox that the copy she had on TV last night said “Client Copy” in the bottom. So maybe not released by IRS but a Tax prep guy? Wasn’t that the source for the NY State return that got out? Was it the same year too?

REALLY BIG——stacks and stacks of documents.

Shown on TV ... Donald signing it.... when it became an issue during his candidacy.

I turned Madcow on for a couple of minutes. She was throwing out crazy stuff like “what is Trump’s connection to this Russian billionaire? Their private planes were at the same airport...twice...during the campaign. His yacht was docked next to the yacht of someone that was close to Trump....”

Seriously. With pictures. It’s insane!

NBC is suggesting that Donald himself supplied the favorable 2005 tax return. They are sick.

Doesn’t matter....the document and its contents was prepared for the IRS...... and the IRS alone was intended to have possession of it.

The reporter reported. Comcast published it

The American enemy Comcast is guilty of the publishing crime

Since Trump is a public figure, publishing it isn't a crime. If the IRS leaked it, it would very definitely be a crime. However...

If the return was just the first 2 pages and was from a return that's 11 years old, it suggests that wasn't the case. (Any time that I've needed to document something with my tax return, I've just submitted the first page, with the irrelevant info blacked out.)

My guess is that it came from the documentation from some financing application or a court document. But that's a guess.

IF they can trace it back to its source (MSNBC is not the sharpest pencil in the box) the leak likely won't be prosecuted if it wasn't from the IRS. And Trump has no reason to sue for damages, since he hasn't been damaged. He was supported. Hillary's assertion that he didn't pay taxes turns out to be a complete lie.

Just IMO. Take this with several pounds of salt.

I saw a clip of Madcow’s epic Russia meltdown.

I was waiting for the men with white jackets to enter stage left, apply jacket, and walk her off.

Really sad and sick.

Yes, and Bill Burkett was given the document by some unknown lady from San Antonio. Which he and his friends copied at Kinko’s in Abilene, TX. //sarcasm

Headshake.

Yea, the next story is that Donald Trump was driving down the road and a teenage kid in a Statue of Liberty costume started waving at him so he decided they would be the ones to prepare his taxes.

The reporter submitted it to someone else thereby sealing his crime - he essentially published it. The publisher further compounded the crime. All concerned knew what they were doing was illegal.

Rather’s troll was a little more bigly. CBS tried to keep the narrative going after it was discovered to be fake. They were under the assumption that the other media outlets would prop them up. The longer you keep the narrative going, the more the sheeple will believe it. But they ended up losing the narrative when it collapsed under its own weight due to the hoax. In true media fashion, they were the last to know it had collapsed and embarrassed themselves AND all the news media in general.

Rather ended up driving a stake in its heart with the famous “fake but accurate” line. He all but admitted to biased reporting. In some ways, it resembled WWE President Vince McMahon admitting Pro Wrestling was a “work”.

My take on this is that MSNBC knew beforehand that the tax returns came from someone who had obtained the copy legitimately.

These media people are partisan hacks, but they're not stupid. They have no aversion to fabricating stories, but they have a lot of legal exposure and they know it. They have legal departments that review this sort of thing before it goes out on the air to avoid problems with criminal prosecution.

Even today, I would be more interested in Obama’s real birth certificate than Donald’s tax returns.

That lie by that reporter is typical of today’s lying mediots trying to find some dirt on Trump.

If Trump paid 25% Fed taxes, he needs to find another cpa/accounting firm.
